Got a scam call for process server. They don't call you. It's a scam. Was a debt from years ago. There trying to scare me saying im being sued. nothing with the court liars. 866-399-0889

Our daughter Received a called from a lady stating that she worked for a couriers office ( which is a lie) and to call this 866-399-0889 ( an attorneys office) and gave a reference #.
I called back- spoke to a RUDE- Edgar Ramos( he could have came up with a better- in heard of  name)
Anyway- I kept asking for original paperwork ( because he said the debt is literally OVER 10yrs old)
He HUNG UP ON ME when I kept asking for paperwork- and told me he refuses to talk to me if I speak over him- and hung up)
He called back 20 times (no exaggeration) and NOONE else answers the phone!
Some law office with only ONE person there-
I did leave a message and told them to NEVER CONTACT ME OR MY HUSBAND again.

A lady calling to say documents sent to my address were returned and not compliant whatever that means and to call back 866-399-0889 and gave me a case number (bogus case # btw).  I’ve been warned she said.
Last week got a call from a different lady same script but different case number and different phone number to call back. I hate that online shopping sites where you give them your cell number end up spamming the hell outta you. I’m sick of my number being sold.

They have been calling my job with the number 866-399-0889 and leaving messages saying they are going to come to my job to serve me regarding a credit care from 2013. I gave him the reference number they provided. First he told me that he couldn't find the information and put me on hold. Then came back and said he would me in the system.  I told him to stop calling my job. I wish there was a way to report them to the attorney general office.
