    A woman called my sister and left a voicemail saying that she is Ashley Tate claiming to be an independent process server.
    Told my sister that I wrote a bad check in July 2008 to an internet payday loan place and I should call them because they have been trying to get a hold of me.  She left the phone number 866-399-2727.  That I should call immediately so she doesn't have to come to me to summon me to appear in court.  
    In less than five minutes she called my cell phone from an Unknown number saying the same thing.
