I applied for a loan with Starworth Financial Svc Cust Rep (Patty ). I was informed I had been approved for a 8,000.00 loan, but I had to wire 4 months payments in advance to secure the loan, which I did on 11/30/07. I was told the loan would be wire into my account on Monday 12/03/07 it never arrived.I called Patty and she told me the lender had filed chapter 11 after telling me my funds were wired to my account.I was taken for all I had now facing being homeless with kids. I too was told I was good to go for a 7,000 plus they had a 1,000 grant that did not need to be paid back the only thing I had to do was send the 4 months in payments for the 7,000 now they will not return any of my calls. sure glad they dont live pay check to paycheck
