Unsolicited call, with no identification

Got a call from this number saying I needed to call them immediately.  They left no information about who they are or what they wanted, so no call back from me!  If it is a bill collector, they should just say who they are calling on behalf of.

Same with me, guy called asking for me.  I asked what's this in reference too and what for.  Just gave me his name and number, when I pressed him more, he finally said he was from ARMI, which I don't remember what it stands for and I'm not planning on calling back.

I got a call from 866 398 4399 and the guy wouldn't give any information other than to say, "I need to speak to so and so regarding a personal business matter." The guy identified himself as Glenn James and gave this 1-866-399-4680 as a call-back number.  I won't be calling back since he wouldn't leave any info.
