I have received multiple calls to me and my family and friends.  What they are saying is nothing but lies.

Caller: Capital (Collection Agency). These guys work with payday loan companies to recover amounts owed.  So far they refused to give me any information other than the original lenders name. Refused to provide documentation, contact information or anything else.  Stated amount of loan was incorrect and indicated no payments were made (bank statement proves all of these statements false) and suggested that I have attempted to defraud a financial institution and that is a "Federal Offense". They either want a payment arrangement or they will proceed with the so-called "summons" to be served upon me at my residence or job.  I am going to call them back now that I have proof they are incorrect in their facts and also have obtained the original lender's information from my bank.  Will only make an arrangement with documented proof of amount owed and payoff agreement from the lender.  

The only part that is a pain in the butt is that they are illegally calling my place of employment, so now my boss thinks I will be getting served......

These people keep calling - in fact they have called my friends AND my family tell them they need to to speak to me as I owe them money and if they don't hear from me in an hour that they are going to have the police come and arrest me. They have even called my employer. This is crazy - and ticks me off......
