No one reponds when you answer

No one ever says anything, so I hang up.

called at 11:30 PM ... woke us all up ... annoying and rude!

866-402-1045 called here and asked for my name. Then spoke in garbled words and hang up on us. Very uncomfortable about this number.

Yep. it says that is is Discover Card, " with a special offer!" Wow... just for me?  Boy, Do I feel special!!!!    No f&#@ing thank you!

At one point they were calling 4 or 5 times a day.

Keep getting calls on my cell while at work.  Finally answered one just to find out who it was.  Girl was extremely rude when I asked her not to call my cell anymore.  I told her I was going to report her and she said "Go Ahead".  I would love to have her lose her job-the tramp.  You should not have to put up with this, especially at work and because I already put myself on the national do not call cell list.

My brother answered and they asked for me. I said "hello" and there was no reply. I waited probably 30 seconds and it started ringing. Then I hung up.

Got this number off land line caller ID--called back on Jan 30 & Feb 5. On the 5th I used by cell phone to call back and got a real person---eventually.  This is a DISCOVER CARD soliciation.  I have NEVER had a Discover card but figured out that this was intended for my roommate who was added to my land line number...duh, on my part.

Keep calling, no one answerers! Very Very annoying. We try to stick it out to talk to someone or call them back to be put on their DO NOT CALL LIST, but it just disconnects.

Discover card called for my wife, then would talk to me too.  Told them not interested, will see if (when) they call back.

This number, 866-402-1045, calls every day about 2 or 3 times a day.  There is never a message on the machine and the one time I did answer that number no one even replied after I repeatedly said hello.

Calls several times a day but I have not picked up -- will report back when I pick up on the call.

they call every day. it is annoying. no one ever answers when you answer. Im sick and tired of them calling me.

K, 1-866-402-1045 calls us several times in a day. Half the time no one answers, other times its a machine, other times its someone who which we tell never to call us again. It's extremely annoying and it pisses me and my family off.
