- Shill Alert replies to deleted postLooks like these crooks are sending shills out to sites like this because they know their victims are looking up the numbers. So in other words the scammers are telling us this site works and it's getting harder to trick victims on the phone.
On the other hand, if you like the idea of having your identity and money stolen but crooks like "FREDERICK" then by all means fill out the "credit app" and good luck with that LOL! - jess| 2 repliesoffice of finance united states of america?? hahaha really when was that established. got a (official) letter in mail.

- S.L.| 2 repliesI also got a letter from them offering me some $31000 for a car. The funny thing is if I filed bankruptcy because I couldn't afford a car before, why am I going to go with this company to get a new one?
I also think it's very sketchy for an organization NOT to provide their address, just some vague info about a town they are in. There was no return address on the envelope either. I discovered their website (http://www.tcbdept.com), and after some more research online it appears to be a department of Matthews Ford (http://www.matthewsfordba.com), a.k.a. Jim Norton Ford. Their address:
1101 Southwest Expressway
Broken Arrow, OK 74012
I'm debating having their letters returned to sender now if I get more.- Caller: TCB Department, aka Matthews Ford aka Jim Norton Ford

- Mz. B replies to S.L.| 1 replyI too recieved a letter from them. With no return address. Saying i can be approved for up to $31429.00. So i called and spoke to a rep. I gave him my information to find out what i can be approved for. Two cars that stood out where 2010's with low miles. He sent me pics via cell phone. And they looked nice. What scared the crap out of me were the monthly payments. One would have me paying at $455 per month. The other vehicle would have had me paying $497 per month. I know i jjst filed bankruptcy but damn. This is definetly not helping. I expect high interest rate but this is cutting close fo how much i pay for rent.
- C.B.| 2 repliesI received a letter in the mail that offered me approximately $31,000 for the purchase of a new car also. When we filed bankruptcy last year, we relinquished our two new cars as part of the bankruptcy settlement, and purchased two used cars instead. It seemed like a good idea at the time, and there is a certain feeling of freedom with not having a car note. However, owning used cars (with no warranty) has its own set of troubles. So, we found ourselves paying for repairs out of pocket more frequently that we would have preferred. So, it became apparent that a newer more reliable vehicle was in order. We had tried going to other dealerships to see what was available to us, however, the bankruptcy still weighed heavily on our credit. When we received the $31K voucher in the mail, I made a call to the number on the voucher just to see how long the offer would be available. Upon speaking with a rep, I was persuaded into to see what they could offer me. I told them what I could afford as a monthly payment, and they came back with 5 very nice cars that they had in stock that fit my price range. The sales rep worked very hard on my behalf to not only get to my requested price range, but I was also able to work in $0 down, an extended warranty and sales tax paid plus they delivered the car to my house (which is not in the same state as their dealership by the way). I was very satisfied with their service. For those of you who have written negative comments about this company, I am in total disagreement with you. Yes, I was very skeptical about the whole process when I first received the letter in the mail, and I was also weary when they asked for my social security number in order to process the deal. However, I am glad that I was able to overcome my fears because I believe that this company has a very valuable commodity to provide to those of us who have entered into bankruptcy and are looking for ways to revive our credit. In this economy, there are not many companies that are willing to take chances on people with a poor credit history, and this company is willing to do just that. For someone with poor credit, I was given a fairly decent interest rate, and in a year I can have it refinanced for an even better interest rate. So, I give 5 stars to this company.

- notgiven replies to BRIANThen why is the address on the back of the envelope in Tampa, Florida?
Plus, who in their right mind would loan someone without a job $30k+
Also it pisses me off that you spelled my name wrong. I made them change the bankruptcy petition to spell it right before I would sign it. - X replies to brianShill alert
- notgiven replies to C.B.I thought, now that I don't have any payments, I can save up for another used car at some point in the future. There is a lot of years left in the one I have.
- X replies to Mz. BYou can lease a Cadillac for that kind of money and a brand new one at that IT"S A SCAM
- X replies to C.B.Next time you buy a used car SPEND more than $500 on it. You get what you pay for and nothing more. And stop spreading your BS SHILL
- Concerned| 1 replyI'm sorry, but I just don't see how this could be a scam. I realize it's kind of skeptical, but you don't sign any paperwork until the car is in your driveway?
