They called yesterday. They don't say who they are calling for. Left a message about a complaint from someone and to call the number back.

Same experience as Michelle posted above, caller said they were calling about a complaint and to call this number back. Definitely a scam.

Calling about a complaint to my Social Security # but didn't know my name. I hung up, clearly a scam

Called from unknown number and said they had a summons in my name tied to my social security number?? Said they were going to serve me at home or at work. Defiantly a scam.

2/10/2020 Mr.Jay ext 104, however it goes to a mailbox of Amanda Johnson. Claims he has a summons with 2 complaints with my the last 4 digits of my SSN to serve by end of business yesterday. I've heard from this before and never heard back.  Same thing again

Called me yesterday talking about a pay day loan from Ace Cash Express from October 2010 no such  thang when I asked for validity of the debt he became angry yeah wrong person back off

They called today saying a case file had been sent to their office and that in 2014 we had a loan with a money key to a bank account we do not now when I said I was calling my local police and attorney they hung up !!Its definitely a scam!!Beware

I received a voicemail from an unknown caller stating they have some legal documents they need to serve me and they will be coming to serve them in a couple days at my home or work. And they left a 8664021589 as a call back number.

Bill collectors if they're legit - Michael Kramer answered and said he was looking for Omar somebody - Agreed to remove the number since I'm not Omar and don't know an Omar.

Sterling Alexander from Mediation Services about a formal complaint that was filed within his office. Had to contact by end of day.  This call was received on a work number

ACE Cash Express did make a loan to us many, many, many years ago and it was paid in full directly out of my bank account. this company was investigated and shut down by the FBI and SCC. They however, in a last ditch effort to get money out of the company to put directly into their pockets, they sold their entire list of customers to Mediation Services used to be Advent something, and claimed they were unpaid payday loans. If your name is in the Ace Cash Express database even for inquiring about their services, you're pegged by this company claiming you never paid off the loan. When I told the guy I have my bank statements that show explicitly the loan was paid in full and that they were sold a bunch of bad information, they get angry.

same exact as previous people Sterling Alexander(great name BTW) calling to discuss a formal complaint filed to his office Mediation services.  Never even used my name in the message left.  I owe no one!!! - no doubt a scam
