Got a call from this number and they left a message stating that they were some law office of some kind (couldn't tell because the moron Alicia had an accent and was mumbling.....very professional!) there was a legal matter that needed attention asap.  I'm sorry, I seriously doubt that any Firm or law office would leave a case number and demand to see you asap.  I call BS on this.  Probably a scam debt collector

I also recieved a call from picked up and said hello and got now repsonse. This number and they didn't leave a message...I called back and a classical music played until I said hello and then a man with an indian accent said hello as well and then the call was lost. I received a message from him a bit later saying that I needed to call back right away with amy case number I called again and got a voice message that said I Ihad reached kramer, bain and associates??? no sure who this is but pretty sure I don't have any pending cases

kramer baines and associates, located in dominican republic, Av. Alma Mater with Av Independencia, Zona Universitaria.... the owner its from new york, the employees are mostly young people who are trainned to collect a debt, they are unaware of whats going on with the company, they pay high salaries, provide good incentives, and like i said before hire young middle class young people and deported dominicans with fluent english skills, to do a this types of jobs....

I have a debt i havent paid since 06 its still on my credit report my attorney advise me to pay it with a check or credit debit card, but first get a letter with the settlement offer.

it appears this company out of florida outsource some of there work to india, obama should stop letting companies do this, every time i call my credit card company, or microsoft im always speaking to the indians. now there doing collections, maybe i could pay my bills if they didnt have all the jobs.

I actually pay my bill to this company and withing 20 days I received a letter by mail saying  that my name was removed from the CC bureau in regards of this matter, I check  and it was true. I got no complains....

Credit bureau reporting doesn't work that way. Even if you could scam in comprehensible English, it's unlikely you could fool anyone one here.

This is a scam; I was called on a debt that they stated was owed back in 2003 from a bank of Delaware. However, I have never had a credit card from the bank of Delaware nor with the credit card number, they gave me. I have kept my finance records since 1996 and have proof (via credit reports) that I never had this account. The person on the other end tried to get a credit card/bank number so that they could pull funds to pay for the supposable owed amount.

I got a call of out the blue that I owed a debt from a cc that was opened in 2003,Bank of Delaware sold the acct in 2006, and it just got to them in 2011.  Hell to the no.  What cc company waits five years to ask for money, if you owe, which I don't.  I was also told that this is just about to go the court in the town I live.  I said I will sue your ass, if you cause me one minute of distress for I debt I don't owe.  I asked then why isn't it showing owed on my credit reports, which I have proof it's paid, so they needed to prove I owe it.  I asked them to fax me what they had and they couldn't because the office where the fax is located was closed for the day.  OK , so email it to me, since you just pulled it up on the screen.  I can't do that until the next day when I come in at 5:00 p.m.  I have not received an email or another phone call, but I'm still pissed off.

I was just wondering, do you know about the "work from home" companies that provide you a dialers and accts, like this one, its called simple software and i guess this is what theyre using... i dont know if its legit or not, if you have any info to aport, would be nice to know.

i received a call from this people, they're scammers i tracked down this number and like ANNO said, theyre located in dominican republic. i contacted the bank about the account the provided me, and there's no record of it, i understand that the employers have nothing to do with whats happening, thats why im not rude to them, but pisses me off the fact that this companies exist and the goverment is unaware of this.

i keep receiving this a@#hO#4les calls, i keep on telling them i dont owe nothing, and it wont stop, im calling the bbb on them...

I started recieving calls from the company Kramer, Baines and Associates last week, but from the # 786-228-5557. Everything I am reading here is also true from the calls I've been recieving, saying that the Bank of Delaware claims I owe an amount of $400.00 + on a mastercard. A man "named" Scott Wilson said he would email me the info, but I've yet to recieve anything, even after repeated calls to have this sent to me. This was for a card supposedly opened in 2001, which I never did, AND I had to file bankruptcy a year and a half ago so even IF I had one with a pending debt, will would have been included. I too have had the same classical music playing and a man with an accent answering. Once when I called back the name of the business given was NOT Kramer, Baines and Associates (though I couldn't understand what he did say) and when I said I thought it K,B & A, he then told me that yes, this was K,B & A. I too believse this is nothing more than a scam.
