like assurion they typically
they handle online replacement phones for sprint. found out the hard way when someone ordered a phone on my account online - Don replies to ricoIt happened to me and Sprint customer Service couldn't figure it out and still charged me for the cost.
- JoeReceived a call from this number also asking about a phone that was fraudulently ordered on my account. The phone call was really strange. They even asked my name and tried getting information from me. I don't trust anybody calling my number anymore.
- Angel89I got a call from this number saying that I needed to return the sprint phone with in 30 days or will be charged over $200 on my cell bill, but the thing is I don't even have a cell at all so when I called this number it said that there is an account linked to this number. And I have no clue what to do because I called the real sprit and they don't know anything about it so that means I can't find out who is using my number. If anyone else knows let me know.

- neomaxcomI got a call asserting the same thing - $200 charge if item is not returned on my Sprint bill ... only thing I don't have sprint and I don't have a returned phone. I do have the call recorded in my voicemail.
- Caller: Sprint???
- AnonymThese people keep calling me we anting phones back that I returned months ago!!!! And they also want personal information I dot even have sprint anymore because of the mysterious 100.00 charge no1 could tell me what for
- DSGot a call requesting a returned phone but, in my case, it's valid. Sprint (or maybe they?) sent me a replacement phone and I haven't yet sent back my old one, in case this one fails and I need to go back to it (looked like that was going to happen last night, but managed to avoid it).
They are bordering on harassing though. I have 15 days to return the old one and only got the replacement phone late last week. Between e-mail reminders and this call, they've contacted me 4 times since I got the 'new' (refurbished Galaxy S5 to replace my S3) phone and, as I've already mentioned, I'm nowhere close to the deadline.- Caller: Insurion (or something like that)
- Call type: Event reminder
- TolstojSimilarly, I received numerous calls from this number about mailing my defective HTC Bolt (after using the insurance on it to get a Galaxy S7) to an address that was never mentioned. If I didn't, my account would be charged with a return fee that, again, was not specified.
The guy who kept calling referred to himself as "Mike" in "association with Sprint", who was bordering on being legit threatening with the "return fee".
I eventually got tired of it and contacted Sprint about it. Citing both voicemails and a recorded call from "Mike", as well as asking about the phone number being used (866-402-6529). The Sprint employee, Feather D., stated that the number was "NOT ASSOCIATED WITH SPRINT IN ANY WAY", which came as a relief. I had a transcript of our conversation saved and emailed to me, just in case things went sour.
So far, no fees have been charged, and "Mike, in association with Sprint" has been blocked my account in its entirety.- Caller: Mike, in Association with Sprint
