They are constantly calling my phone and not leaving a message either. When you called the phone no back it's just says to leave a message. Weird!

Same. Always calling, no message. When I call back, a recording asks me to leave a message.

They called my phone and immediately wanted me to verify personal information. When I asked them to identify themselves, they skirted the question multiple times before giving me Transworld. When I said, I don't have any business dealings with them, they said they couldn't discuss  "business dealings" until I verifed my personal information.

They also said the conversation was being record, not sure what that is about.

I found this call disturbing they knew my full name and wanted me to verify my DOB they spoke in a what seem like Adrian accent and could not understand their answers when I questioned them on who they were. I gave them no info but I am troubled by this call

collections call from Transworld.  I don't owe them or anyone anything.  would not talk to me until I confirmed information.  Told them if they had something, mail it to me per the Fair Debt collection law.  Then wanted me to verify address.  said if I really owed you money, you would have address.  hung up on them

Same thing. They did not leave a message, when I called back it was a machine saying they're unavailable and to leave a message

Scam, scam , scam . Caller claims to work for Trans World . When I called back she was clueless to why they were calling me. She asked if I had been in the hospital ...ever   Scam !!!!!

They call multiple times every day. They never leave a message. I finally answered today. The man said his name was Keith. He said I had a debt for Anesthesia for $250. I told him I had never received a bill, and if it was mailed to me I would deal with it then. I have had surgeries before but I have kept up on the bills for this and the place he mentioned wasn't anything I ever heard before. I am beyond livid at being hassled like this. We'll see if they actually send a bill or not i guess.

Transworld; asked for bday; said I had outstanding bill from a cardiologist in CA; i live in another state and never seen a cardiologist; and the bill I have is not notified to be in collections still able to pay that bill directly through hospital; will call tomorrow to see what is up. feels fishy and banner health has had a data breach so possibly a scam that i fell into;

Been getting these calls.  Filled complaint with FCC today.
Make that suggestion to anyone.  If too many complaints, FCC takes their phone away for 2 years.

Been getting calls daily for over a month now. They never leave a message and when I call back it goes to voice. Reading all the other comments it sounds like they try to scam

get this call multiple times. I usually ignore it. Today i answered and they wanted to verify my details. I told them since they had my number they should have my details and should not need anything from me and hung up. When I asked for the company name she would not give it to me.

Called this number back and they tried to ask for my date of birth before giving further information. When I asked what it was about a woman with a thick accent said a rheumatology associate. I've never even seen a rheumatologist. I refused to give her any additional information and told her to delete my number.

They called me twice today, I called back and it dint go through. I called again and a foreign woman answered. Asking for me by name, but i told her I was her cousin and she would be back in tonight. She said she would call bac k

Keep calling.  Wanting personal info.  Said they were Transport services.  I advise them I am on do not call registry and dont call me again.  Spoke very broken unaudible english

The following describes a government action that has been resolved by either a settlement or a decision by a court or administrative agency. If the matter is being appealed, it will be noted below.

On July 9, 2013 Expert Global Solutions Inc and its subsidiaries (including Transworld Systems Inc) have agreed to enter into a Stipulated Order for Permanent Injunction and Monetary Judgment by agreeing to pay a civil penalty and ceasing telemarketing practices that were alleged by the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) to be in violation of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA) and the FTC Act.

In its complaint, the Federal Trade Commission alleges that Expert Global Solutions and its subsidiaries called consumers to collect a debt and would continually call with the intent to harass the consumers, including calling consumers' place of employment even when the employer did not allow personal calls. In the instances where consumers confirmed that they were not the individual who owed the debt, the company would continue to call to obtain information about the individual who owed the debt even though the company said they would stop calling and had no reason to believe the person they were speaking to had any knowledge of the person who owed the debt. The companies also left messages on voicemail, leaving information with the debtor's name and confirming that a debt was owed, in violation of the FDCPA.

Expert Global Solutions Inc and its subsidiaries have been enjoined from: falsely stating they will not contact consumers to collect a debt; communicating with any person other than the debtor (or those authorized under the law in conjunction with the debtor) regarding the debt owed unless communicating once for the purpose of obtaining location information for the debtor; harassing a consumer while attempting to collect a debt; communicating with a person in connection with a debt at an inconvenient time or place (including place of employment); continuing communication if a consumer has requested no further contact or if a consumer submits in writing that he/she refuses to pay a debt; leaving voicemails with information about a debt owed; and violating any provision of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act.

Expert Global Solutions Inc and its subsidiaries are also required to: report the debt as disputed or request deletion from credit reporting within 14 days after the denial, dispute, or challenge, complete an investigation within 30 days of the denial, provide verification of the debt and the basis for it if the debt is valid within 15 days, or inform the consumer the debt is not valid and cease collections as well as inform the credit reporting agency to delete the debt if reported; keep records documenting attempts and results of calls regarding a debt, as specified in the Order.

For a period of 5 years from the date of the order, Expert Global Solutions Inc and its subsidiaries must make the following disclosures on each written collection communication that is sent to a debtor for the purpose of collecting on debt:

Same as everyone else - call my cell every day, never leave a message, I'm on the do not call list.  This is really annoying. Going to block the number since it seems like a scam.
