Got a call from a company claiming to be "American Management Medical Solutions", out of Baltimore, MD. The call back number they gave us was 866-410-3155.

They claim to be able to provide insurance for $39.00/Month that covers prescription costs above and beyond what medicare covers.

They wanted us to sign up with them over the phone and requested our bank account information, so monthly payments could be automatically paid to them.

This sounded suspicious. So, we are having them checked out with the BBB.

  Do you happen to know the address of this company, claiming to be American Mangement Medical Solutions? I believe that my mother was duped my this company, and I need to be able to write them a letter. I was wondering how you knew they were out of Baltimore, Maryland? I cannoth find anything on the web that gives me an address, which I need to stop their debiting my mother's account.

Received call from this company claiming to have program to save money on prescription drugs.  Talked with supervisor Frank Manning who assured me everything was legitimate and convinced me to sign up for program and gave them bank information.  I was supposed to receive my packet in 10 days.  It took 6 weeks and to debits from my account before I received a very generic packet of information.  I have on numerous occasions attempted to contact them by phone but receive a recorded message saying mailbox is full. I  cancelled automatic debit from my checking account and want to mail them a revocatioon authorization from my bank with hopes of getting my money back.  Can you e-mail their correct address?  Thank you.  There was no return address on the packet I received.

Of course a scammer is going to assure you they are legitimate when they are not?

What ever made you think you would get a straight answer??

My Dad just told me last night during our nightly call he had signed UP with this group.  I can't locate a thing on them and am getting concerned.  Did they ever actually provide anything for you?  Thanks, I appreciate your assistance.

I just finished a consultation with some elderly clients of mine in King County here in Bellevue, Wa. near Seattle.  My clients told me they, just a few days ago, released their $39.95 X 12 months plus tax for a total of over $500.00.  My clients are both over 80 years old just got duped.  I am attempting to help them resolve this issue.  If anyone determines a solution to expeditiously obtain a refund, please contact me.  Rod at office number 425.646.5444 extension #240

A client receive call and he gave them his account number. He is an elderly man and he does not need these services.
Does anyone know how to contact this company?

FYI this is fraud against the most vulnerable people; the elderly. They are the easiest targets. Good for you to know better.

Yes I as well fell for this crap but I was given yesterday a customer service line and I called it about 5 mins ago and canceled my membership so the number I used was

I knew it sounded to good to be true so I am only trying to help everyone else -

Received a tel call from american management medical solutions.  I spoke wth a Jim Bailey.I had my doubts but being inundated with medical bills said o.k.  I called 866-410-3155.  At 1st I was unable to get through. Receive a recording advising " unable to call this #.  Now it is almost 2PM and finally got the "Company" and was able to cancel ths mess.  Next time I will be much more alert to these creeps.

I got the same call and signed up. Is it a fraud?

I called 1-866-410-3155 a few minutes ago and got an answer. I told the lady they were a scam and wanted to cancel. She was gone for 5 minutes and returned with a cancellation #. She said I will assure you we are a reputable company. I said you need to read your reports on the IN, and I read her one of them. She said she would look into it. She also said I could not get my $39.95 back. (Enrollment fee)

Ditto here. I just got off the phone to cancel my 83 yr old aunts order. It is so predatory out there. This is just one of 4 places I had to help her with.
I called the number that showed on our online bank statement and she cancelled it. But no refund of the original $39.95
