Received a call this morning from Mr. Cortez (let the machine answer it), as my wife was in an accident on Wed. morning. I am filing a complaint with the FCC, as our number is on the DNCR, and we have never contacted him before. It's funny how these leeches can get your phone number faster that you can get a copy of the accident report....

His number (this time) was 866-410-8545. Found a few additionl complaints on 866-947-3746.

Linda is at is again - with her partner, Al Cortez.  The accident report was made available this morning and the calls started flooding in.

Al's message stated that he was calling on behalf of Dr. Waldren.  Who is that?  Who knows??  Not our physician.

Yep, just an ambulance chaser who gets numbers from traffic accident reports.

Well it's not just in OH.  I'm in New Mexico and they're harassing me here.

They are also calling Nebraska.  Both of them.  Repeatedly.

Yeah got a call from this [***].  I would not give him any information because he would not tell me what the call was regarding.  He called me paranoid and hung up on me.

So, I get a call from 886-410-8545, says his name is Al Cortez.  Annoying, rude, stump of a guy.  This guy needs to find something to chase other than ambulances.  Anyway, give him a call back and let him know how much you appreciate his obnoxious phone calls.

Got a call from him and Linda, I actually called them back because the message said it was "About the accident" and I thought it might be some part of the accident investigation.  I just let him talk.  

It is something about a free Chiropractor check to see if I had whiplash, and how it can "remain dormant for up to 6 weeks, but if you dont get checked and treated within 14 days the pain will be permanent!"

I told him I wasn't interested and he just hung up.

I bet if someone were stupid enough to take him up on the offer, they would do the free eval, then tell you you have whiplash and need treatment from them.

OMG...It is 7:50 AM!!! I received a call from Injury Referral (330) 454-3606 and not more than 5 seconds later I received a call from Al Cortez 866-410-8545.  I, to, let the answering machine pick it up.  When I found out what it was in regards to, I picked up and said "It is not even 8:00 AM!  My son was NOT injured!  I didn't let him get a word in edgewise.  I cannot believe this!  This is why our insurance goes up.

Just picked up the accident report an hour ago from New Berlin, Wisconsin Police Dept. when I get a call from this clown Al Cortez. He asked for me by my first name but I NEVER repond to the affirmative over the telephone when I don't personally know who I'm talking with.

Although this imbecile gave me his name when I asked who he was, he became upset when I asked him a second time because he did not state his company.

This guy can only be getting his info from an insurance employee and as I did not make a claim yet it would have to be one of the other 2 insurance companies involved - State Farm or IDS Property Casualty

Got a message from 8664108545. Caller said they were "Al Cortez calling on behalf of Dr Shoeber." And then left the number for me to call. No other info.

I was rear-ended a few days ago. These calls are really annoying. And they're coming from a lot of different people/numbers.

It's because accidents are public information.

Got a call from Al this morning for Dr. Cortez (one of three within 10 minutes). Ambulence chaser. As I am in the national DNCR with no prior relationship with this person or organization I am reporting them to the government. Let's see if this call was worth $10,000 to them....

The same guy called me 6 times this morning.... Al calling about Dr. Cortez as a Chiropractor. Pulls information from public record filed through police reports. Is'nt an ambulance chaser since i never took an ambulance. He is trying to get you to see Dr. Cortez on a no obligation exam. I told him i am already seeing a doctor and he basically told me my doctor doesnt know anything (insulting) and that if i dont come see him in the next 2 days then i will probably spend the rest of my life in pain. he wished me good luck and hung up. He was very aggressive and got very rude once i told him i wasnt interrested. Use caution if you choose to answer this call.

"Accident referral service".  Looks like the ambulance chaser is still in business.

AMbulance chasers still in business. Got a call this morning from "Tamia" from Accident referral services. I to am in OHio and on the do not call list

I was in a minor fender bender 2 weeks ago (there wasn't even any damage to my car at all) and I got a call from these creeps today...Tamia called me and was obviously reading from a script, and according to her it's really important that I call her back regarding the accident and my non-existant injuries. I'm in Ohio too, and the number on my phone showed up with a local area code to make it look more local.

This is just Hilarious! What a waste of time!

I was in an accident last Tuesday  Received a call from these scammers today.  I said, "oh so you watch the accident reports & then contact people."  She denied it & said the information was forwarded to them.  I call [***].
