Student loan scam

I replied stop because it is a total student loan scam. It won't stop texting me.

They will not stop.  See if there is an app available for your phone that will block messages.   About all you can do.

I have been receiving calls and texts from this number.  It is a scam and even though I am in school they keep offering to forgive my loans (can't do that while in school).

They keep calling me.  Havent had a student loan in since i cant remember since i don't know when. Never had one

How many times will you allow them to call before you obtain a call blocker?

They call or text everyday even though they tell you they will put you on the do not call list

I already have a student loan repayment plan so I know this is a scam. And plus the government communicates by mail or email. They would never text or call you (unless you had a scheduled phone call, but that's beside the point).

Hounding me with calls about a student loan. I don't have any student loans. Must be a scam!!!

And they just called me probably because I didn't answer their text message. It was a very loud recording saying "Hi, this is Jessica, and this is your last chance to enroll in your student loan forgiveness program, press one for yes, and two for no," and then I just hung up. They can somehow disguise their phone numbers as local numbers near you, I've seen it happen recently with other scams. So just because it's a local number, doesn't mean it's really a call from your local area.

They called and texted ME while I was in Italy. I already have my federal loans in IBR and know my terms. Definitely a scam.

TOTAL SCAM - hope no one falls for their SCAM.

They "insist" that my Cell Phone applied for a student loan - Ah No, not so much, no student loan here! Period. so You just lied to me dude, Keep going..... they kept spewing all sorts of BS, until they got tired of me telling they there are full of crap.

The Govt will no engage, we need the Phone Companies to Stop this as they have the control over all of this mess.

Nonstop calling - now text messages - several times throughout the day.  No matter what I do, they wont. stop. calling. me.

I read somewhere that even replying "stop" indicates an answer of sorts (in the mind of the scammers).  It was suggested to never reply or answer ANY of the texts and/or calls.  Eventually, (according to what I read), the scammers will realize they won't get a payday and will eventually move on to the next potential victim....

This number keeps texting/calling repeatedly about paying off my student loans. I don't have student loans. When I called andasked for corporate office info, he said he was corporate. I asked for manager, he said he was manager. I asked where they get numbers they are calling and he hung up on me. Now he won't answer.

I got the usual student debt message from this short code  65720

Almost fell for it. I got the text and called the number but the person answered the phone "hello. Thank you for calling." RED FLAG! I just hung up after that and will block their number.
