Got a call from this number saying they tried delivering documents to me and they were rejected/returned??! Then said for me to contact them at this number to avoid getting a failure to appear in court??! Seriously?? Smells and sounds like a scam to me!!

Got one today 9/13 court documents. Undeliverable mail. Yep let me get on the phone right now!! SCAMMERS!

Asking for money about an unknown debt said they could accept payment and needed my address they new last 4 of my ssn

Called me today. It’s about a missed court document for ANOTHER person and they put her name in it. I wish they would stop calling me. Number popped up ‘Unknown’

Scam! REAL process servers don't call in advance.

Just now got a call today (9/13) from this number about court documents for my deceased husband (since April 2020) that were returned, and to call the attorney in charge of the complaint, Scott Lopez, in Pima County, AZ. According to the AZ Bar listings, there is no attorney in AZ named Scott Lopez

Called and said they were from county process servers and trying to serve civil lawsuit papers. Gave me this number to call and they knew my ssn and said they see I have a credit card with a high limit that I could use it to pay them off. Started at 9k then dropped to 2k if I paid immediately but they could not confirm debt!

Got a call on 09/14/2021 three times in a row and they left a VM saying that my court docs sent via mail were returned as undeliverable and to avoid legal trouble call them back.  Called back and a person answered the phone seeming completely phony, this is a scam, don't waste your time.  Report the issue to your local county DA's Office.

They know my full name , address , County I live in etc ... very alarming

Also Stated Attorney over the case name is Deborah Williams.  I looked up Deborah Williams Attorney and she is DECEASED!

This caller just called me said the same thing knew my info and said court proceedings.

Said the call was for me. Calling on behalf of "the county process service division". They were retained to deliver out my legal documents to appear in court ad it was returned undeliverable from my address. He had my name and address. Said to avoid any further legal complications i need to speak to the attorney Miss Darlene Parker at 866-413-0313 and then gave a case number...

Same same, said they were from the XXX County process division, and that paperwork was returned undeliverable, and that I needed to call "Darlene Parker" at 866-413-0313, knew my full name and address, didn't say my SSN though but now I worry reading the other comments.

What's to worry about? Your caller is a Scammer & couldn't have made it more obvious if He, or She, had identified themselves as "Scammers 'R' Us".
You are NEVER warned in advance if you're to be Served. Not by a Process Server, not by a Deputy Sherriff & certainly NOT by a non-existent "County Process Division"! None of whom (if they did exist) would be passing on messages for some Fraud-Broad who is NOT actually named "Darlene" either!
Contact your County Clerk of Courts Office. Inquire if you're named in a Civil Action. It's Public Info. & is available in person and sometimes on-line. It's as easy as that & defeating these Scammers is even easier. They're not exactly hired for their intelligence...

I received a call from a restricted number and I answered it and the lady said they were unable to deliver legal ppwk to me and I needed to contact Attorney James Harris @ 866-413-0313. So I called and received a vmail stating everyone is at lunch and to call back in 30 minutes. I called back in 30 minutes and I receive a vmail stating he is on the phone and to call back in 15 minutes. I called back again and was transferred to this lady who said I had a judgment against me from Capital One for $9000.00 blah blah, I was like no way. She then read off my ENTIRE social security #. How does she have that????? I ended up hanging up and calling Captial One and provided the full acct # she provided and it does not exist.
