Threatening phone call sent to my home phone and my daughter's cell phone informing us that my husband was going to be served with papers at home and at work. We have no knowledge of any type of litigation that would involve us in something like this and I don't understand why or how they got my daughter's private number.

I just had a guy by the name of Gerald Chase call and text me from 916-269-3442, saying that I was to be served papers between 10-2 tomorrow and to call back at 866-413-0434 to confirm availability at that time to be served. I don't have any prior bad debt or criminal past.  I blocked him on my cell phone.

Received a call from a woman who claimed to work for a lawyer and that a complaint was made against my husband and was demanded to call back! That he would be in lots of trouble if he didn’t .
GLE Associate was the law firm name she gave

Hi I just received a text from my daughter with that number that I need to call some girl by the name of Monica Cortez and asking for me by my maiden last name which I have not used in legal documents for over 30 years. Really weird.

To date, 28 harassing calls from this number in last 4 months, without identification or justification. Spam blocker has prevented the calls from ringing.
