    It said they were from CitiMortgage...yet the name on the Caller ID said MOS and wasn't the 1-866-413-4560 # that it told me to call. The Caller ID # showed as: 804-955-1000.

    I had a notice on my door this morning.  It says it is from Citi.  It says to Contact CitiMortgage at Mortgaga Outreach Services.  I have been on hold 49 minutes.  Is this a scam of some sort?

    If your mortgage is in default with citimortgage, or you are late with your citimortgage mortgage payments OR you have requested mortgage assistance due to hardship, this is the number you call. They are trying to collect a mortgage payment OR they are trying to help you keep your house so you wont lose it due to late payments. You will be on hold for a long time but if you dont want to lose your house you will just have to wait!
