An unfamiliar number and so I chose not to answer. Caller hung up after just 3 rings which suggests that it's possibly a scammer, a political call, charity, or someone else, looking for a handout. I'm probably richer for not answering the call.

Wally it seems that the number is a message from the Premier Doug Ford.

Yup... a call from Dog Frod.. to tell us of some party to celebrate 100 days screwing Toronto...  I tried to automatically add it to my call blocking service (Rogers), but it said my list is full...  Imagine that.. a service I pay for has a crappy 30 number limit... From that I understand the Bell service is no better as they only have a 15 number limit.

Then I called Rogers because the online manager would not let me delete any of the list numbers. Then I called Rogers Support... told numbnutz I could not delete the blocked callers from my ONLINE BLOCK list service and numbnuts redirects me to a page of all Block Service commands and hangs up on me. WTF... Worse customer service ever. I call back and go through hell to get a supervisor to give numbnutz hell for hanging up on me and giving me an answer not remotely related to my question.

Long story short...  short of Dog Frod giving me a headache, Rogers gave me a 2nd headache... Block service got reset and now it works again, but its their fault and nothing I did or could do on my end would fix it so numbnuts giving me the commands to fix it on my end would've done nothing. They are worse than robot helpers as they spew out the same canned responses only as idiots.
