they blow my phone up daily, but yet wont leave a message.  I do not deal with telemarketers, so I dont answer it if you cant tell me who is calling.  If you want to talk to me, acknowledge who you are to me.
Annoying phone calls.

Called for an individual we do not know.  Sound very sleezy.  I just put them on hold until they finally hung up.

I missed a call from this number and called them back.  I wasked what this company is they I couldn't understand them.  They spoke really fast.  I think it was ARM or Accounts Receiveable Management.  Anyways, when I asked them to spell it for me, they said I had the wrong number and hung up.  :-)

I saw this number on my caller ID. So I called it back and I think they said it was ARM. I guess it's a Telemarketer?

They call me daily and I have know idea who this is.  Does anyone know?

This appears to be a collection agency.  They have called my house looking for "Suzanne Walker" and despite asking to be taken off their list and that no one by that name is at this number, they persist in calling.

I tracked the number down- 866-415-1669 is their call center in Panama City, Panama.  The American company that owns this call center is ARM (Accounts Receivable Management) in New Jersey.  Their number is 1-800-220-3350.  I called them and told them their call center is harrassing me, and they promised to take my number off their call list.

I suggest others receiving excessive calls from them (for persons unknown to you), do the same and call the American headquarters.  Asking the call center operator to take your name off will NOT work, even if you speak to their supervisor.

This is some collection agency. The recording asks if the person answering is a kurt heiden. I repsonded no. Then they place you on hold for 10 minutes to speak to an account "representative" which never arrives. These people are calling 2 and three times a day.

Lovely when the calls start JUST past 8am.  Yet another reason to never answer my phone.

phone rings, goes to vmail. does not leave message.  Calls come in almost daily.  Need for this to stop immediately!!!

calling at frequent intervals, just don't answer. Maybe someday they will give up. Doesn't matter that you are on the do not call list, since the calls originate from outside the US.

Well this number 866-415-1669 started calling me today? when I answer the phone they do not reply back!  What some suck heads they are Good thing we don't meet up face to face They wouldn't like what I have for them.

I found your blog. Thanks for the info on the NJ line and address. I called them for the first time today on their 800 corporate number and let the phone site until their message capacity was used up. (Its an 800 number so I don't get billed for the call). Anyway, tomorrow I plan to call and recite my Haiku poems about my [***] and maybe discuss my philosphy on life. You can do this after hours if you like and just fill up their machines.

I am posting their number as a call hotline on several blogs with the followig tag lines.

stuff like this. I think I will track down their parent company too and do the same thing. I work late and having an open phone line to this company makes me feel like I have some company.

I hope many of you do the same. Use the phone to harrass these animals the way they harass you. BTW - the 1st call was cut off after about 7 minutes so I just called back. Why not? Its free...for ME.

I keep receiving calls from 1 866 415 1669. They constantly call me and harrass me.

They have called several times for someone with a similar name.  We say there is no one here by that name, but they keep calling.

Here's how to get collection agencies to stop calling your number. Tell them yes, you are the person they're calling, whether you are or not, you would like to pay the bill, and please tell you the account number, the amount owed, and the mailing address so you can send a check. Then send them a letter, at the address, telling them you are exercising your right under the Federal Fair Debt Collection Practices Act to demand they stop all correspondence and phone contact. If they contact you further, go to small claims court and sue for damages, or get a contingency lawyer to do it for you. If it is you, they can still sue, but if the amount isn't worth the legal expenses, they probably won't. If it's not you, well, you're doing yourself and the other person a favor, but don't include your home address in the letter because you really don't want process servers coming to the door.
