These idiots call and call and call and never answer. They do not leave messages, on top of that they call after allotted times according to FDCPA..........Bout time for all of us to unite and file a class action suit against them

They have no way to know if you listened to the message or not. They say that to cover their behinds because it is illegal for them to give out information about the person they are trying to collect from.

Recorded message said it was FRS calling... I hung up.

Got a letter in my box from Financial Recovery Services Inc. PO Box 385908 Minneapolis, MN 55438-5908.  Gretchen Bennett is listed as the account manager.  These letters go immediately to my shreader  for filing.  Here is the deal.  Banks got their bailout money!.  Whether this is legit or not, I am not entertaining this drama.  Remember, the banks never lent you money in the first place.  Someone issued you a certain "credit" and then you must pay "interest" on the virtual money.  If the banks can't collect, they sell it to the debt collector.  These people do whatever they can to get you to pay ANYTHING.  The problem is that if you settle a lesser amount, you will be sent a 1099 form to add as income for the year so that you can pay taxes on the virtual money! Stop participating in this nonsense!

Debt collector keeps calling and we don't even owe any debts. So we don't answer these calls anymore. They need to be stoped from all the harassment.

This is "Financial Recovery Services".  They are a collection agency.

You are blocked and will continue to be blocked.  I think you are a group of people that are pretenders!  You are not getting me to answer ever!  Got it....I do not use the phone to buy anything and pay all my bills~   You are harassers!   Wrong person!

This is spam and bill collection company!!! NEVER give out any info to them! They call people that do not owe them money, and say they do and argue with people!!! I just ignore them!!

WOW!!! Bizarre calling pattern!  Called today at 12:13pm.  No message and CID read Financial Recvy.  5 minutes later received a call from 877 434-3807.  Don't know if these two calls are related.  Have now blocked all calls that begin with the 866 area code and that have the 415 prefix.  Other calls from the 866 area code will ring through.
