James, an individual called my parents from this number saying they worked for a company called "American" (nothing else, just American) looking for someone with the same name as my son involving a financial or legal matter.  This individual also said their home office was in Chandler, AZ but I could find nothing there to explain this call.

Alady called me from this number said a company had a complaint against me and they had her locate me. She gave me a phone number which is this one and told me to call.

A woman named Jessica Taylor called from American stating tht I would receive a summons and this was her serving me. Stupid ppl don't even know the laws in my state! Is tied with another 800 number but this is the one I got called from. She also gave me an id case number.....whatever

a lady named Tasha ........., Well anyways i had got a payday loan in 2007 from rent a center, she called not only my phone number and left msg, but also called my kids god parents the message said  im trying to contact me in reguards to a complaint thats been filed against me for a bad check charge and  to update my address and if i dont contact them the next step is to file paperwork in pierce county court. then it said u have been officially SERVED>>>>> For one i never wrote a check and for two she said she was going file fraud against me knowing that i took the loan and knew i was never going to pay back which is a LIE cause i did buisness with them for the last 6 months prior to this last pay day loan.... I am not sure what i should believe i dont wanna get into trouble so if anyone can enlighten me a little i would really appreciate it thanks............................PS when i did call back some other lady named Ms. Griffin was who i spoke tooo...........
