I answered this call, since it wasn't listed at 800notes.com.  I heard a computerized female voice say, "Hello", and then, "Goodbye".  That's it.  I owe a lot of credit card companies a lot of money, so my guess is that it's one of them.  But for now, I have to say it's unknown.

got a call from this number as well. voicemail indicated they were calling from CCI.

They called back today, and left an automated message.  Definitely a collection agency, just not sure for whom.

How do I keep getting assigned the old phone numbers of worthless deadbeats?  Pay your damn bills like an adult!  I am sick and tired of telling collection agencies that I am not YOU!

They called this morning at 10:43, about an hour after some other "Collection Agency". I've had the same cellphone number for about 4 years now, and no other agency has ever called me. I'm too young to have credit cards and other debt, so I say it's bogus or they have the wrong number :|

Received a phone message on my fiance's phone from this number. Left my name and said it was regarding my social security number...?  The message even contained my social security number.  I'm glad it was my fiance's phone and not a stranger's! Is it legal for them to leave that kind of information in a message? The message was from a "Jodi Clark" (a guy)

They keep calling my home # several times a week. Called at 8am today. They don't leave any messages and when I did try to call the # back, I was told by an automated system that I would have to have a pass code to get thru! Also get a lot of calls wanting donations for the police and fire depts. that I know are bogus. The police and fire depts. in our area do not ask for money. They are paid by the city.

I read in our newspaper today that a guy named Ron Collins is benn calling folks and he knows their ss# and family members names, etc. The FBI has issued an alert for him and other scamsters like him. This guy makes alot of personal threats according to our newspaper.

I got a call from this number at work. They ask for my ex boss. He has experienced idenity thief took a message and caller gave her name, Sherry and said my ex-boss would know who it was. Sherry said she could be reached at 1-877-431-7788. We have explained a million times he no longer works here.

Got a call from them today. I am unemployed and have no income, but he said I should get a loan and pay them. I told him no job, no income, banks won't loan you money. These people are idots. They don't give up and are very rude. They do call you and say hello and then goodbye, just to make you mad. Then they try to make it sound like you called them, please hold your call is important to us. Strange people, but then again a 3rd party debt collector, they are called Credit Control, LLC.
