    I got the number from my bank statement as a credit card transaction. I signed up for the Dazzle White trial, don't do it they take your credit card info and spam your credit card with phony charges they said I signed up for some weight loss website they refuse to refund me my money. The guy hung up on me when I asked to speak to a supervisor.
