Frank Adams from Direct TV called me for a "survey" about my satisfaction with communications providers.  Yeah, right.  I quickly became a hard sales pitch.  When I informed this miserable little sh*t that my number is on both the Federal and state of Texas Do Not Call lists, he essentially called me a liar and told me that it wasn't.  I just verified that it has been since 2005.  He then swore up a blue streak and hung up on me.  One more reason I will never do business with Direct TV.
