The call was from Monica Freeman and she was calling about my federal student loans which, of course, do not exist. She provided the reference number of 033307

Same as above poster. Said her name was Monica Freeman and gave the same reference number 033307. Total scam but she makes it sound legit.

Received the same voicemail from Monica Freeman - checked with Fed Loans and they do not call anyone.

I received  a message from "Monica Freeman "  regarding a federal student loan with the same reference number 033307...obviously a scam

I received the same message today from Monica. She stated with all the recent changes we needed to discuss my options to pay back my student loans.  Please use reference #033307 when I call 866-419-7337

same reference number 033307. The monica freeman person is a robot who sounds like a real person on the message. The company is student loan hotline at 1743 park center drive # 201 orlando florida 32835. they have a direct number of 800-484-3898. They also send the loans to fed loan servicing. (myfedloan.org). I spoke to joh employee # 1026 who put me on hold to get monica. Of course monica was busy with another customer so he volunteered to take care of me. I told him my student loan is 23000 (of course i dont have a loan). I sent an email to the orlando pd at opd@orlando.gov. I have not been able to reach the fbi or any federal student loan people. THIS SCAM HAS BEEN GOING ON FOR A LONG TIME. It should have been shut down by any number of government agencies a long time ago. People should also be charged!
