They called and said I owed money for a loan I never took out in 2009! I was still a minor?!?! Lady said she was going to take me to court. When I asked if I could be arrested she said she didn't know. She would not give me the phone number of the company but said she was from national billing and Mentioned Quincy Loans. Who are these people?!?? When I called her number back it said no one was at the extension and that the mailbox was full oh yes...and an error occurred...then said goodbye!! Anyone have this experience??

Said. Afax order for my son. I called back a lady said there was a case of check fraud and the sheriff will come to pick me up. It's suppose to be fruad with bank of america. I have know idea what she was talking about. They call my cell and. Home phone.her name is kim clark

Had a voicemail left about something of a fax order. Never called back...Name was Kim Clark.  I had another call from another person, from another number saying the same thing last week....They only give a name, ( always generic ) and does not give where they are calling from.  I believe this to be a scam

Left a message to call them back to receive a fax message

This same person called but did not leave a message. But called my sister saying there was a package for delivery. Kim Clark was the name she used. I guess these people have nothing better to do

This is a scam. They are phishing for info. Do not give them any info. Do not confirm anything they ask you.

I recently got a call from this number stating i Had to pay $390 for an unpaid loan or they were sending process servers to my school. I also have had my ssn used to file taxes  and so I have issues....but when I call the number back i get a voicemail box that says the same thing....the voicemail box is unavailable and cannot accept messages at this time..then it says an error has occured and then hangs up.
