This number called me 4 times in the same day. The first time I answered the person on the other line didn't say anything. The nest time they called my husband answered the call and he ask who was calling and they wouldn't tell him. My husband asked what did they need and the said well Aubrey is over 18isnt she and he said yes and the person on the other side said well I need to talk to her then and I husband asked if they couldleave a message for me and they said no they will call back and he hung up. He called back about an hour later I didn't not answer. I always say if its important they will leave a message. They then called me back again so I answer. I said hello the man said is this Aubrey. I said yes. Then there was a long pause so I said yes again louder. He said that he works for visa/MasterCard and they looked at a recent survey I took on cloud. (I have no idea what that is nor did I take any survey). He told me that visa/MasterCard just opened a new location in my area and if I was still looking to make extra income in my household. I told him no and he hung up. I think this was a scam.

I also wanted to add the calls were to my cell phone.

Same thing. Fishy call. No info. Just asked if this was so and so then the call cut.

I've gotten a two calls a day from this number for the last 3 days.  If I answer, I get silence.  If I don't, they don't leave a message.  I called the number back yesterday and got a recording that I won a trip to the Bahamas.  Today it said all the circuits were busy.  I'm not answering any more.

I keep getting calls from this number, I don't answer and they don't leave messages, just wondering who they are as I don't answer calls from numbers I don't recognize.

Got three calls from this number.   I answer "b....speaking how may I help you.  I give 2 seconds ... No reply so I hang up.   They called back 2 more times.    I did not answer and no MSG left.   I called the number and got a recording. "This number is not available in the United States.   Phishing I think.

Do a 1800 reverse look up. I did and found it is "in use" buy a company in Nevada. If you research a little you will find it. Unfortunately it belongs to a services company and is not the actual "user of the number". Not much else to find out. The trail stops there. Unless law enforcement wants to pursue the matter. Most likely it will be a trail of bogus name after name. If someone wants to hide it can be a long process to dig them out.  Good luck. They do have a web site soe01.com

Miss stated the message when I called the number. "The number you have called is not available from your calling area."

I have gotten numerous calls from this number over the past week. somewhere around 12 calls. I've answered it half the time. Twice I got an actual person saying that I signed up on a website to learn more about making money online.  I didn't. I asked to be removed from their list.  They still keep calling, but no one is ever on the other end of the line when I answer. When I don't answer they don't leave a message.

Calling this number back gets one of three results every time.
1. The call just drops and never actually rings.
2. Busy Signal.
3. I get a recording that says "We're sorry, the number you have dial is unavailable from your calling area."

I've gotten tons of these random calls the past week from various numbers... all with the same or similar results. I think my number got sold on a list of some sort and I'm not happy about that. Other numbers that I get calls from are:

Those [***] are scammers. They called me and said I was selected for my area to make money from home. Supposedly signed up through VISA/MASTERCARD. So I told him, "I am not involved with either company" he went speachless and hung up the phone. They were calling me 5 times a day.

Google gets your phone number when you do research or buy something.    then Google sells your number to businesses that subscribe with google.   Then you get all these stupid calls,

Call google and coplain.

How do you know this is true - what facts do you have to back this up? Not saying it's not but there's no point complaining to Google if it's not them.

I have been called several times today by the following numbers: 866-420-5986; 208-951-7178; 888-233-9042; 619-478-6189; 602-715-0830; 253-507-9839; 760-705-8888; 888-891-2056. I do not answer the phone if I do not recognize the number and they never leave a message. Do they ever stop??

My wife heard about this thing called "Home Income aka DeskTop Lightning" and paid $100 for it.  It was total BS and now they keep calling her wanting her to upgrade to be able to make more money.  Total "Horse Pucky'.  Calls are from all the same numbers others posting here have mentioned, but also including 801 889-2634, 602 714-5181, 877 599-4001, 760 705-8888 Google Voice ID, 201 706-9005 a Magic Jack issued number, 304 887-6824

I have been receiving calls on my cell phone from all kinds of different numbers and I don't really know why, but I very rarely answer and have found that if I either hit the reject button or hit the answer button then immediately hang up, they usually stop calling after I do that a few times. Of course there's always another number to take the place of the one I was able to get stopped, but sometimes I get a few weeks with none of these calls. I think I just need to change my phone number.
One important point, please don't let this kinda stuff get you upset... it's not worth it and it doesn't offend them that it bothers you so you only are bothering yourself if you let it tick you off. In the grand scheme of things in your life, its just really not that important... hit the reject button and keep movin' on. :-)

This number has called me 4 times in the past 5 hours. They do not leave a message and when I tried to call back, I got a recording stating that I had dialed a number that has been disconnected.

Once I found out that mobile phones could be attacked with the telemarketer invasion of constant calls at the most unopportune times, I was furious! my phone rang at dr. appts,, middle of the night, during meals, you all know how it is. I registered my land line on the do not call list and that cut everyone out but the local calls for march of dimes & candidates at election time. I found this link and registered my mobile phone. It cut down those annoying calls considerably. The tough ones to tell that you are registered on the do not call list and you will report if they call again, are the ones that don't talk when you answer or the computer calls that call your number to see what time you answer your phone and hang up. They call 2 to 4 times a day, rings twice and and then nothing.  Been going on for a week.  I have never called back as I am sure that is what they want me to do.  I am registered with "do not call."
