Upon answering, "This call is for" and then a disconnect!

Just another solicitor ... that if 5 already today from different sources.  I am beginning to understand why businesses do not answer their phones!

They call me every day and leave a recorded voicemail (in which they mispronounce my name). I talked to them once and they said I owe them $500, as a loan was taken out by my husband (I'm not married). It's thinkcash.com. They will not mail me a letter stating what I supposedly owe.

I didn't even know this was thinkcash.com trying to call me.

I keep getting mised calls from this number and so far today I have 3 missed calls from them.

I never heard of thinkcash.com before bringing this website up.

If you would like to know how I got here I merely did a search on google.com and put 866-420-7158 and this was the first page that came up.

Yea, lol I googled the number for I heard you should do that from time to time with stuff you don't know what in the heck it is.

I keep getting phone calls from this number every day for the last month.  They call my house late in the evening on week days.  It is a recorded message and it gives you options.  I presses one to speak to an agent and they never know what is going on.  I have to give them my number to give me any information. The lady I talked to said that they were calling for my fiance and the name of the company is PD1.  This is ridiculous and my fiance does not know what the hell is going on.  I need them to stop calling my house.

You owe thinkcash and they are letting you get away with it?  These fools are taking their money straight from my account.  I wish I had never heard of them!  I was so desperate for money that I ignored the fact that I was paying back double of what I took out.  This is such a rip off.  I should have just tried to weather the storm.  Good for you for sticking it to them!

I was getting phone calls from this number, saying that I owed them money for a loan that I did not take out. I just sent them a legal letter from an attorney stating they had 30 days to provide me with proof of loan papers or a signature from me, and if they could not they would have to take it out of their system and off my credit. Have not heard from them since.

I took out a loan from them as it was a quick fix-  They are loan sharks! Beware.  I can't afford to give them as much as they want in a month- I give them what I can afford, I am almost done with them. They harass me everyday, but that is about all- I stopped answering the phone and am ready to have my # changed.  I also closed my checking account. So I wire them money.  I am half tempted to not pay anymore, as I paid the amount that I borrowed back and then some!!  Stay away and work out your debt, or better yet, don't create any and sleep at night.

Take this word from the "foolish" but now the wiser.......I borrowed $700 from Thinkcash because I was desperate to get my car repaired, had to get to work. I read the terms but thought I could pay the entire amount back in two months but 2 of my children came down with flu and I got sick also and had medical bills. So I had to go with the flow of the loan and ended up paying them back 2300 for $700.  Never again........NEVER EVER. It's not their fault that I took the loan, they didn't make me but they are yet still loansharks that prey on the poor and desperate. I would not run a business like that and bleed people dry.  But that's just the way I am. I would NEVER take another loan from anyone but a reputable bank...Take my advice, Don't do it.....Walk, starve, sweat, beg from relatives, Don't use ThinkCASH, aka Bank of Delaware. You will regret it. Don't do it.

go to your bank, close your account and open another one ASAP! They will NEVER stop taking money out of your account.  They will take out up to $3000 if you let them, so put a stop to it now!

I closed my account and switched banks.  They sold my debt to another company, which gave it to a law firm.  I have been working with the law firm, and I am making bi-weekly payments.  I have been working with them since the beginning of February, and now ThinkCash is calling me.  Isn't it illegal to call about a debt they sold to another company?

Does anyone know whether or not you have to go by the statue of limitations in Delaware for Think Cash? Or if you have to go by the statue of limitations from the state in which you reside?  I had the same number call me non stop more than 5 times a day.  I took out my loan October 27th, 2007...the statue of limitations in delaware is 3 years for this type of loan but in Michigan its 6....After talking to the woman I thought I would actually set up a payment arrangement and then decided to look into statue of limitations...A man just called me from a restricted number and said he was from Think Cash.  I asked him to explain to me what was going on and the exact day I took the loan out.  he immediately freaked out and asked me what I even wanted.  I was extremely annoyed.  He told me that I needed to pay today otherwise I was going to court.  I could have my attorney call.  I told him I would have my attorney call and he said obviously you dont intend on paying and told me to have a nice life and hung up.  Just for the record that PISSED me off!!!
