These folks run all sorts of SCAM seminars for "estate planning."

Fortunately all phone caller numbers are displayed on my telephone(s) so I do not answer any calls from numbers I do not recognize.  If the calls are legit the caller will leave a message and I will return the calls.  This number, 866-425-2872, calls several times a day. I sure do not answer that!  Did anyone notice telemareketers are now using none 8500 numbers to pitch their wares?

Oops!  8500 should be 800.  In addition these freaks are now using cell phones.  My display states "Cell Phone Out Of Area".  Another non-answered call.

It looks like these telemarketers only call people who don't know how to spell correctly.

I never answer any calls from numbers I do not recognize.  I hook the phone line to fax machine and/or block number.  These people are scammers.  It is their JOB!! They are COWARDS. Go out and get a real job.

866-425-2872 is a rerouted call from mumbai india. CLA is a company known as the christian lesbian assocation. they are trying to sell phony estate planning.

I don't have an estate, and do not need to sell anything.  I wish!!! I were rich enough to have one.  One day, I guess that I will answer, so maybe they will stop calling... Annoying, Anyway.....Being Semi-Retired, would love to live a peaceful life without being bothered.... This all I ask in my retirement years..... Boring thought....

These people are cowards and scammers.   Do not answer them.  I never pick up calls from numbers I do not recognize.  It is not worth it.  Curiosity never gets the best of me.  I don't care who they are are.  I block number and/or hook to fax machine or I just unplug the landline from the wall.  I hope these scammers read our comments.  We should report them to the media, i.e. GMA, Today show, etc., to investigate on how these telemarketers are NOT following the Do not call list.  Get them exposed to the scams they commit.  In this day and age, absolutely no one can do any business on the phone without the possibility of getting scammed.   DO not give them ANY information on the phone.  Please just don't answer these cowards/scammers.

Another scam call.  Robo call explaining estate planning.  I hung up and I will hook up to fax machine next time they call.  They are scammers.

Have received about four calls in a roll in the past week.  I hook up to fax machine.  These are scammers disguised as toll free caller.  Dont give them any information.

I actually had a conversation with a lady from this company. She was wonderfully pleasant. This call is to invite you to a complimentary meal for listening to their information on estate planning, etc. You really can't lose on this one. I will be attending the "conference" in Eau Claire this coming Monday in fact.

I'm glad I bothered to finally look this number up as we've been receiving NON-STOP calls from this number the past few days. It's been really aggravating me, but I had not answered it because of ANOTHER place that had been calling. Ugh... I would ASSUME they are simply needing to remind/confirm my place at the meeting. Good grief.

CLA is a legitimate company that provides free asset protection information and offers a free meal after the presentation.  There is an offer to purchase their services at the end but you are under no obligation to do so.  The free 2 hours has left you with valuable information and a workbook to review notes.   They ask for an evaluation of the presenter and for names of others you recommend to attend the CLA seminar by a presenter in the area in which they live.  I believe CLA stands for Charles Loper and Associates.   I've attended twice but have kept putting things off.  However, if I had lots of assets or generational wealth that I wanted to be sure ended up in the right hands without having to go through probate I would not have put this as far down on the lislt as I have.  

Yes they are a bit persistent.  It could be because of quotas and making sure they can fill the restaurants where they are holding the seminars, but I also think they believe in their program and don't want to see people go unprotected and something happens unexpectedly or prematurely and then families lose a lot because they have to fight it out in court.

I believe you are misinformed.  The calls I have received have been from a toll-free number but they have been local calls.  The have represetatives assigned to territories.  The CLA stands for Charles Loper and Associates.  Their main website is http://www.clausa.com/CLA_USA.html.  True, the number listed on the home website does not match, but they have representatives all across the U.S. and it is probably the reps who are calling to build their territory.  There are several job opportunities listed for Independent Insurance Professional at Linked in website as the protection thy offer is backed by insurance companies.
