BeneLink (¿benefit link?) working with United Healthcare to identify veterans. For some reason these people are clueless in that they have their caller ID be things as anonymous as "Wireless Caller."

Received similar call today from same number - female person stating the caller is with benelink calling on behalf of United Healthcare.  Requested my DOB info.  I declined and asked the nature of the call.  Caller would not divulge any info.  I ended the call and reported the call to United Healthcare's Fraud number at https://www.uhc.com/fraud

She left a message that she was with “Benelink” on behalf of United Healthcare. I returned the call with s text that called her out. Scam trying to prey on older people.

Called about UHC About  enrollments . I said I didn’t request and didn’t do buesness over the phone

She first claimed to be with UHC, then she was with Medicaid and Medicare. Said I needed to reapply to Medicaid or would lose benefits. Once we were ready to fill out the forms I begged off and said I would call back. Her name was "Kristina" and she is now waiting for my return call while I am here instead. So glad I checked.

Received a voicemail from a Toll-Free number 866-427-1873 stating the all was from Diana, with United Health Care, and asked me to please call her back.  I called an official United Health Care number, and Rep researched and said UHC had no record of UHC calling me; so, call from 866427-1873 was either a SPAM call, or "possibly" a generic health insurance sales call ???

Got several calls on voicemail in the last several days saying was from UHC and left a female name to call back.  All three calls used  different names. Finally called them and they started asking questions about going on Medicaid and other services. I told them I was not interested and that we did not qualify for Medicaid and we were happy with what we had. Then we got another call today leaving same message after we had called them back. We got suspicious when a company we already have insurance with called trying to change our insurance. Reported to UHC today.

They called want all my personal information , bank statement and everything , which is not normal for tenn care connect at all so i called tenncare and they said it wasnt them

Called and left a voicemail asking me to call them back about United healthcare it’s none of their business like everybody else above me it’s a scam I’m blocking the Number

Got a call from Jenny today, who put Priscilla on 3way.  Both had accents.  Had correct dob and address. Wanted  UHC I'd #.  Advised if they were UHC they should have id#.  Refused to give them info and hung up

A male's voice said "You're disgusting" left on my mobile phone's voicemail.Call came from a United Healthcare telephone number, claims they are United Healthcare when phoning back. Telephone Number identified as 866-427-1873, United Healthcare. I am upset that my healthcare would phone and leave such a insult on my voicemail. I phoned the caller back identified as United Healthcare 866-427-1873 and after hearing an automated recording was connected to a representative named Robert, and I told him about the incident I told him:This voicemail is saved on my mobile phone and I will go to the local news or police or report to a gov. official about this. Robert told me don't do that and asked for my name which I naively told him and He said this call is being recorded is this all right with you? And I naively said "yes". He also told me to phone the same number again and ask for him by name to further discuss the incident, which I realized is an impossibility when calling UHC customer service.

In Summary: The harassing phone call was from a UHC number and is a Violation of privacy and harassment from United Healthcare or scammers/imposters posing as United Healthcare and ghosting their telephone number.  Potential "Yes" scam, Identity Theft and Harasser identifying as United Healthcare.

Call from 800-427-1873 claiming to be from United Health Care left message on answering machine. Called UHC and they did not have any record of them calling me today. Reported to fraud department.

just got a similar call from 'Krystal' with UHC...but caller ID said 602-607-2361 from Arizona;  unfortunately having a bad day so I wasn't in my normal aloof mode and divulged DOB;  preying on the elderly is just disgusting!

I was given this phone number FROM my UHC rep to call and see if I was eligible for additional assistance. Not sure I want to now.
