I got a charge taken out of my bank account for $7.01 also.  This happened once before.  I called a different number, can't recall it, and they said they had to cancel the order (which I never placed) but I did buy a trial packet of White Britening and Acai Berry also.  Now I try to call the 866-437-1621 number and get nothing.

Am also getting bogus chgs on my charge card.  Two for small amts VH ACCESS $3.24 & ezykit $7.14.  But also two chgs from WHITESMILE $58.71 and pristinehlth $58.09.  I also ordered a "trial" pkg from Vibrant Whitening and ever since have been getting charges.
The only reason I knew of the 88.71 charge from Vibrant Whitening is my credit card company called asking if this was a legitimate charge -- interesting don't you think? I DID call and cancel at Vibrant Whitening (which in a second call, they say they never rec'd a cancellation!) So got a confirmation number and wrote it down!!!  Vibrant and Whitesmile seem to be "connected"?  But where did pristinehlth come from?!  I've called my credit card to start fraudulant/dispute proceedings against all of them.
Just got through to ezykit (after 10 min hold!) 8664371621 and forcefully stated I would start fradulant/dispute chgs if this was not refunded and cancelled.  She gave me a confirming number and stated the 7.14 would be refunded and all would be cancelled.
Am calling DazzleWhite as she told me pristinehlth is part of the DazzleWhite companies (previously DazzleWhite cust. svc rep said she didn't know what pristinehlth was!)to get the $58 chg refunded and all future charges/shipments cancelled!
Wish me luck!!  And I have to thank my credit card company for catching the original charge of $88 so I could catch the others before it gets out of hand.
      Never again -- no trials!

Just found this charge on my bill today.  This is the third month in a row I've had some charge from a marketer on my acct.  I've disputed this charge as well, but my cc bank said last time my only option is to cancel the card and have a new one with new number sent.

I've tried calling the numbers to cancel and yet the charges keep a comin'

Be aware that if you ordered Dazzle White you will be getting charges on your credit card for VH Access, Health Member, Elite Pack and EZYKIT.  These are all "affiliates" with email/web services that supposedly you agreed to join in the Terms and Conditions when you ordered your trial sample of Dazzle White.  You must call each of these "providers" and close your account and insist that they remove the charges from your bill.  It is a hassle but it can be done.  I also closed my CC acct to avoid any further charges.  I also spoke to the fraud division of the CC company.  They were aware of this scam but have limits on what they can do right now to alleviate the problem.  I tried to submit a complaint to the BBB but I didn't have sufficient info, e.g. address, to complete the complaint form.

If you would like to cancel this "Subscription" Acaiburn 888-433-4416 that will cancel your "Acaiforce MAX".
To cancel EZYKIT Which is connected with acaiforce call 1-866-417-6059
Which is connected that Acai burn.
You CAN get a refund for the 79.28 and cancel for that acaiburn but not the ezykit.

same thing with me.  Found out it was only a few dollars to get a sample.  Ordered it online (calling from Canada) and immediately found out it would be more because it's based in the U.S. So I called and cancelled IMMEDIATELY...within a minute or two.  no problem right? wrong!  then my husband gets a call saying they are delivering the dazzlewhite.  He calls and then cancels again.  this goes on and we don't receive any product, sample or otherwise, but have to pay around $16 for nothing.  So this am, i am opening my visa bill and lo and behold, charges for ezykit and elitepak...  going to call my visa company.  will let you know what happens.

Hi, very tricky of them.  After I cancelled with them in July, these extra 4 charges come now at the end of September.  Of course, I thought all this was done with and I don't have their address or anything either to complain to the Better Business Bureau in Canada.  Does ANYONE have DazzleWhite's address and phone no???

    thanks,

Ok...here's the latest.  Even though you cancel with DazzleWhite (keep your confirmation no.) you will still be billed by 2 other companies...Dazzlewhite even said to me that they signed me up and gave my name to the other companies.  WOW.  So...Ezykit and Healthmember are the same company.  Elitepack and VH Access are the same company...and lo and behold, I called each number and talked to the same guy!  You have to specify that you want to be cancelled from the 4 above companies and ask if there are any other companies that will be charging you.  Get confirmation no's and keep them FOREVER.

As I was talking to the person who cancelled the four companies , he said he'd give me a courtesy refund of 50% of all my charges...not 100%...so you can ask for half back.  We'll wait and see on that one.

Please write your Better Business Bureau.  Dazzlewhite's address is as follows:  3600 Army Post Road, Des Moines, IOWA, USA, 50381   Their phone no. is 888-948-5508.

What a scam!  I'll sell you something online.  Even if you cancel, I'll forward your name to 2 other companies and they charge you.  When you call, they'll reimburse you 50% and they've now made a profit of 50% of what you were charged.  And dazzlewhite still got their initial payment too (in my case, i never received a thing)...WOW, I'd be rich in no time!  Please call or write the better business bureau of your country and stop this from happening.

3 steps you can take now if you are a victim of this elitepack scam:

    1. Chargeback. File a fraud charge with your credit card or bank and let them sort it out. They have more muscle to go after this sort of crime. Explain to them about all the consumer complaints that are on the internet and "insist" that they do charge-back or file a fraud charge. Your bank or credit card organization has all the tools necessary to find out where the charges are coming from, what business is involved, addresses and phone numbers connected to the charge and etc. You may not know or have access to this information. The banks and credit card org have all this at their fingertips and are obligated to handle the problem that has resulted.
    More info at: http://www.chrismalta.com/scamtip1.asp

    2. FTC. File a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission. Their job is to monitor and go after these types of scams. Go to: http://www.ftc.gov/ftc/contact.shtm

    3. Attorney General. File a complaint with your state Attorney General and also with the Attorney General of Iowa (where a lot of the phone numbers and addresses seem to be located)
    Contact details here: http://www.naag.org/attorneys_general.php

If you live outside the US, you can file a complaint at www.econsumer.gov

Yes, cancel your credit card right away and let them know about the erroneous charges.  I just reported this to the Federal Trade Commission and the Better Business Bureau.  They use different names and different phone numbers when they charge your card each month.  Here are the all the different names that have appeared on my credit card and they are all directly related, same group, same company.

Dazzle White, Easy White, Health Member, VH Access (both with a CY after their phone numbers meaning Cypress and the VH access number is now disconnected, Elite Pak and Ezy Kit.

List of phone numbers include:  1-866-660-5724, 966-989-2686, 866-218-1387, 888-779-5303, 888-322-2707, 866-396-2729, 866-437-1621.   If you Google any of these numbers you will see all the same complaints, they are all connected with one another, big scam.
