This number was left on my voicemail saying he was Todd McCuen (not sure of the accuracy of the last name spelling) and worked for the Department of Check and Business Services in my county.  He stated that there was a criminal judgement against me and paperwork had been delivered to my home address, which was never received, and that they would be proceeding forward with the case.  After listening to the voicemail I immediately called my county courts and attempted to verify the statement he lef & they were unable to find any information for any charges using my FULL NAME, DRIVERS LICENSE & SSN.  The court clerk stated that even if charges were pending for a year from now they would have information.  I have received several phone calls from various phone numbers stating that X number checks were written fraudulently from around 2008.  I have also attemped to verify this info and my County check section has no records as of now or in the past.  Sounds very fishy to me and I have not provided them with any information at this time.
