This was the voice mail left, my name is not Eric Archie neither do I know this individual. I called back to let this person know they had the wrong number, it was all very suspicious.

I received a message stating"your payment set up with our office has been declined by way of your banking institution, please contact us back at 866-437-5101."  They do not give an other information and I do not have anything set up by way of my banking institution with any one.  And it was a robo call.

Called about "legal issues" about a family member and wouldn't disclose any details. Super fraudulent.

This call is a Scam. Called several relatives for me and when I called back with my attorney, they hung up!!! Illegal and reported. I’m under Ch. 13 so it is illegal for them to be calling me.

Scam!!  They also use numbers according to your state to try and get you to answer. Then they leave this number for you to call back. They alternate between legal department and MCR.

Exactly I had the same issue, and  no one should ever get a  call like that, for one thing you wouldn't never receive a phone call about a legal issue, and that your bank declined it lol!

This number has been calling for the past three weeks. They say my name "This message is intended for_______" They called another time and left a voicemail saying it was a legal department with a claim that y have not responded to yet". Sometimes it is a woman and at times a woman on the voicemail. Today, a voicemail was left saying that my payment set up was declined by my bank and to call 866-437-5101.Please do not answer their calls.

Two calls over two weeks.  The same robo-messages as others posted here.  Any legitimate business would not leave messages like this.

I get a call from a local number wanting me to call back back the 866 number in question.  The voicemail doesn’t  identify them or their company.  Says: This message is solely intended for (inserts name that’s not mine) you have a claim in our office and have not yet responded with a statement on your behalf.   Funny thing is, I was recently in a car accident. But all claims have been satisfied by the responsible party.

I received a recorded message saying, "The payment set up with our office has been declined by way of your banking institution, please contact us back at 866-437-5101."  I never made a payment arrangement with anyone because I don't have a bank account.

I received this call today and when I called they couldn't tell me what the so called payment was for until I confirmed my information. She said call back when I'm ready to confirm so I hung up and blocked both numbers. The robo call was from a 951 area code.

Received voice message from 703-454-0832 (Alexandria VA) stating "This message is solely intended for [Name] (which is no me) the payment you have set up with our office has been declined by way if your banking institution please contact us at 866-437-5101 thank you and have a great day..."

Must be a SCAM !!!!

The number comes from 540-328-9267 or 833-669-1575 asking for "? ? " stating a claim is in the "pre-legal" office and call back as soon as possible to 866-437-5101 or 833-669-1575 extension 1062.    They have called twice and left voice mail in the last few days --- but I am sure they have called before but have deleted the voice mail

"This message is intended for >insert sister's name instead<. Your payment set up with our office has been declined by way of your banking institution, please contact us back at 866-437-5101."

Just got a message on my voicemail sometime in the last two days. "You have a claim" version, but it was "solely intended for" my niece's name, who has never lived with us and in fact lives 4 hours away!

They called from a 916 980 8262 and left me w msg to call that 866 #

Same message as stated above in thread...called from a 707 number...for a distant family member...

left message about some legal matter i didn't know about

I got the same message called back and they would not give any info as to the company name only kept saying pre-legal department.
