This number called a relative of mine and claimed to be a debt collector. The name they gave was similar to a local company we knew of, so I wanted to be sure if it was a real call or not. I called them back and I think they attempted to claim the name of their company was "AR Services." I asked the guy to confirm the name for me one more time and then I think he said "A-AND-R Services" the second time. After that he hung up on me very quickly. Definite scam vibes from this one. I couldn't tell if he had an accent or not because he didn't speak long enough. It might have been an Indian voice trying to mimic an American accent but I'm not sure.

Called and left a voicemail about information being sent to my residence about an important business matter. A Google search reveals that this is a call from a debt collection agency apparently. I don’t have any debt that is in collections so this looks like it is a scam.
