I received several voicemails, he left them on my machine and my x husbands machines in WI, and one other in NE the same day, same message, from a Jack Barron. I called the 866-442-7988 to report that I was notifying about a summons regarding a check fraud, I did call back, ended up being a FAX numb, . The company said it was a summons notice and I needered to call it to get it straightened out.  and if i did not call I would get arrested!!  

I called my neice, she paid 1/2 of the bill ($300+).  I told her not to pay it, she will call the cops to verify it is a fraud!
