A collection agency trying to get a hold of a family member. They are liars, first asked regarding an order then changed their story and said that my family member was in a lot of trouble if I didn't give him their message. Don't know how they got our number. Told them to never call us again. Kind of creepy.

My mother just recieved the same call, from the same number, and recieved teh same lie!

I received several calls from a Michael Taylor, who claims to be a process locator. Mr. Taylor has called me at work several times asking to speak to my supervisor. He has also contacted the Human Reosource Director with threats of documents in regards to some charges that a company has against me.

My husband's work got a call from Todd Miller with a claim number, then my husband himself got 3 calls in a space of a few minutes stating the same thing that the people above here got.

I just received a call from a Nate Johnson who was transferred to my supervisor stating i needed to contact them to stop me from being served and gave my supervisor a claim# he gave the name of Mediation Firm but when i call the number states they are Consolidated.

Called a law firm for advise because they been harrassing me. And saying going to serve me. The law firm said nothing they can do as it is a scam to get your money. the company the locater is working for doe's not exsist. and if they call again say i know it is a scam and not to call again.

I got the same call they have a address and everything. Called my husband several times.

I just got the same call. After trying to figure out the debt, which I can not recall, they stated the exact same thing. I told him I am waiting for those papers and will show them to my attorney. He then told me I do remember the debt (which I really do not). I did not take out a payday loan in 2010. I was unemployed. It is Consolidated. and the number the "process server called" is XO Communications. Don't fall for this one.

This is the second time this has happened to me. A few months back a woman was calling me for the same company saying that she was going to send police to my job to arrest me and that she had shown up at my home. I told her I knew it was a scam and after harrassing me for a month it stopped. Today it happened again at work!! A new person called asking for protocol on serving papers to me at work. He kept saying I'm in big trouble and there's a claim against me for something I did somewhere. Very vague. It's getting incredibly annoying. Is there anyway to make this stop?!

It just happened again. Frank called me saying he was going to "take me in." this is ridiculous.

This has happened to me for the last two days. I dont know how to get them to stop. They are talking about a loan that I 'supposely' took out in 2010 but they could not give me any information about it and the guy from the locator Travis Tucker is extremely rude. Any help to stop this would be great cause they blow up my cell phone and work phone.
