Yep...most likely since we're having problems w/them & keep getting calls from this #.

Got a call from this number, they asked for my DL#.  I didn't feel comfortable with that so I called the generic BofA customer service number.  They said they had no reason they would have called me and that the are NOT affiliated with this number.  Be careful!!!

Bofa gave me this number to get help on cc account issues

Got a call from a Unknown number asking for personal information.  Needless to say I refused to give any and this was the number they gave me to call back.  I am positive it is about one of my Bank of America accounts.

you should have customer service call the number and confirm whether or not they work for the bank. Banks have thousands of toll free numbers, a customer service rep is not going to have knowledge of all of them

Called and Hung up when answer = act of spam.

Lost my job and got behind on my credit card payments, definitely Bank of America Collections, They call me atleast 4 times a day!

Got a call from this number,mumbled rason for calling. Then said to call this number and an associate would help me,and thanked me for my patience. Could be legit from BofA collection wanting me to pay more on my credit card--or could be a scam. I did not,nor do I,intend to respond to these possibly scam calls

They would only call you if you were late.  As long as you paid the minimum payment they would not care and would certainly not want you to pay more because it would cut into their profits on their usurious interest rates.
