Got a call from Damien, my AT&T account rep. Funny, he called on one of the rollover lines. Asked which account he was calling on & gave me the number for that particular line ... told him that was odd as he was calling on a rollover line then went on & gave me another number BUT that doesn't rollover into this group he called on. Sales call, I highly doubt he's really my AT&T account rep!

We received a fax from this phone number with a proposal attached for my boss to sign..problem is he never spoke with anyone...I called and held on for what seemed to be quite a while and finally got the girl that sent it...said she spoke with my boss  and started into a spill about the minutes package

I told her that was bull she had not talked with my boss and the line suddenly disconnected.

Got a call from a Charlene Rowe claiming to be an AT&T employee and she proceeded to inform me that we had been slammed for all of our long distance by Qwest and that we needed to fill out some paper work to get things back in order and to report them to the FCC as I am the only person authorized to change services on our account. She faxed over 8 pages of auto renewing agreements which I promptly faxed over to my AT&T corp account rep who verified that we had not been switched and any changes to the long distance service already require my signature.  Be very skeptical of one claiming to be an AT&T "Solution Provider".....

Clever scam artists who claim to be AT&T employees.  We were scammed by this company, and so was AT&T.  Big clue should have been the call was regarding a rollover line.  Savings too good to be true, because it was.  Hang up and call the company back using the number on your bill.
