Keep getting calls and they leave vm regarding "that I am served" regarding a case for bad checks.  Not me ... not my name.  I am not the person they are referring to.  Told them I wasn't but still the call and leave vm.

This number is for Liberty Collections, a sleazy bottom feeding collection agency known for their less than legal tactics! I keep getting calls, as does my boss, from an Eli Jones, threatening to serve me with papers. Calls from a BLOCKED number, and never tells me who his "client" is or where he is actually calling from.

This number called me saying that they are taking me to court for Rent-A-Center for a pay day loan I apparently took out with them. And they are going after me for a fraudulent check.
