It is a call from Humana health insurance, typically supposed to be for members. In my case, the number they called is an emergency number only. If something is so important they need to reach someone and call them 4 times in 16 minutes, they should leave a message. Not that it helps anyone who gets this obnoxious robocall, but I have called Humana and made one of their reps' day a little rotten for this paricular idiotic practice of their company.

This was from Humana Health Insurance, survey follow up call , for service they gave  the day before , just wanting to know how they were doing. No big deal.  Kay  get a life.  Calling Humana, Oh WOW  you sure made an idiot out of your self. HAGD

It is Humana calling for a survey to see if I am happy with their service. My answering machine got it.

Four calls within 7 minutes on SUNDAY... I was out of town and when I returned home I called the number and it was disconnected. What insurance company that is real call on a Sunday and disconnects the number ??????

This a call back from Humana to conduct a auto survey because you agreed to it at the conclusion of your call to them. You had the opportunity to decline to take the survey. If they're calling you, then you said you would. In addition, because it's an automated survey, they cannot leave you a voice mail. If you don't want to participate in the survey, then indicate that at the conclusion of the call.

Hammer you've made an idiot of yourself.  Kay is correct that it's a foolish practice to call numerous times within a short period of time.  One call is sufficient--with a message to call back and enter a code.  Other companies do this, and so can Humana.

I agree.  This Humana practice is really irritating.  I just got 3 calls in a row. Hammer is the idiot!

Definitely NOT an agreed upon call back from me for a survey or otherwise.  I never agreed to that.  They just called me 3 times and it is beyond irritating.  Enough already!

The major problem is that they did not identify themselves as calling from Humana! So how in the hell was I supposed to know who the call was coming from?  My phone caller ID said "SSI 866-448-6262--I don't know who that is.

I didn't answer - I blocked 866-448-6262 on the probability it is a scam.
caller-id was "TOLL FREE CALL". On-Line Research (since), says it may have been Humana (I recently talked to them). This may have been a Humana call back survey.
If it was Humana - they should have identified themselves - TOLL FREE CALL -  could be anybody.
How long is the list of people WANTING to take their survey and are still WAITING because Humana never got back to them - oh - they may have gotten calls from "TOLL FREE NUMBER" or "SSI 866-448-6262" but nothing from "Humana Survey" or "Humana" or "Humana Insurance"

Humana needs to cleanup it's act.

I was just called several times every five minutes.
