Who are these people

I keep getting calls at my job from this number

Left a voicemail with my first and last name stating she had just received a fax "order form" regarding a claim against me.    She was requesting I call her back and provided a "case #" I should use while giving them my home and work address.    She threatened that I had "only one opportunity" to respond and I should do so immediately.    Never stated a company name, just her name and that it was a "firm".    I've never received any calls on my cell such as this and have only recently received this land line number and have now received a number of solicitous phone calls.
