- LisaI received 2 calls from this number saying they have a very important decision to make about me and they wanted me to call back right away. When I called back, I was put on hold. Upon my request, they told me the name of their company was PRS, but they would not tell me what it stood for unless I gave them my name and information which I refused to do. The person the other end of the call became very rude and said she could not help me, told me to have a good day, and hung up on me.

- Mags| 4 repliesThey first called me to tell me I had won a watch and that I had a chance to win an all expenses paid trip to somewhere to reel me in and I fell for it. I tried to cancel my account the day after I created it with the company and they had given my the wrong number to cancel it which meant that I had to wait for them to call me. That also meant that I was not able to use my 3 day right to resend with the company. I then talked to a very rude customer service supervisor and he told me that I could recieve a student discount since I am a college student and that the discount was 70% off of the original amout that I had to pay. I told them that I would not be able to pay it to them for another few months and they were alright with taht if I made a payment to them at that time so I did. They were supposed to freeze my account and what do you know they were calling me again the next month askin for money so I just ignored the call. They obviously keep no records of phone calls in their computers because the next month they called me I answered and they said they had no idea that my account had been frozen. I talked to the collections manager who was extremely rude and told her I was going to cancel my account and pay the student discount price. She said she had no idea that there was a student discount and then she offered me a different discount which was higher than the first and said it was the best offer she could make. So I still haven't paid the [***]. I'm in the process of filing a complaint with the better business bureau to see if I can't get out of all this [***]!

- alli replies to whydidiagree| 2 repliesif you don't make a payment they send you a really nasty letter saying that you have 10 days to pay or they'll use "the necessary steps... to recover this claim in full by a professional collection agency."
i've already cancelled what i thought this account was twice. there are several companies that use the same scam and tend to call you and use the same (or similar) name.
and they always call when you won't be paying attention to what they say. [***]. - whydidiagree replies to alliSo what is your situation with them?

- annoyed| 1 replyThese guys told me that I owuld receive a watch and I never did, and I have yet to receive a single magazine either. I asked them WHEN I SIGNED UP FOR IT if they would overdraw my account because i hae overdrapft fees, and they told me "If you don't have the money, we won't take it out, we will just wait until the money si ther." On the VERY FIRST PAYMENT they overdrew me to the tune of almost $100 in overdraft fees. I called them and asked about it and they said it was the bank's fault and they had no control over overdrawing me at all! I asked them why they had pretended to have that control and they claimed to have no idea who said that. So far I have changed my debit card number so they can't get my info anymore, but they STILL CALL ME!!! I tried to cancel it but all the offered to do was reduce the payments.

- micyeah these scumbags hit up my bank account like 3 times in one month and overdrew it by over $200 so i filed a claim with my bank and they gave me the money back. i can't believe i fell for that stupid crap!! i also filed a complaint with the BBB. these people call several times a day, starting from like 8am till about 9pm. they say you can't cancel your account, but they never tell you that from the beginning, and they say if you want to cancel, you can pay it in full. hello a$$holehes the whole point of canceling the account is because you can't pay it! the only good thing...i get lots of magazines to read and then pass on to my sisters.
- Ezekiel replies to MagsYuh They got me too. I cancelled my bank account and everything because those [***] kept taking my money, and sending me magazines that where already used.
- deadlddI just dont answer anymore, they call my house all day and night.I have cancelled twice

- annoyed1these people keep f*en calling... i answered once, and they tell me I owe, Then I tell them Im getting a new card, because it's expiring end of the month....so they say can They just TRY and see if it'll go through... I Say NO....and I told them I dont get paid til the 15th, so they say they will wait til then and try again...
I NEVER gave them my NEW card number... LUCKILY It wasnt a credit card,... just a debit card....
countless missed calls later.... I actually answered and put it on MUTE,... this RUDE guys says "Come on, Jane (Alias), are we going to be playing this stupid breathing game ????.... "
Then he hung up.... They send me postal mail saying i owe them a certain amount and sh*t.... I changed my address,...so, Luckly I could still get my mail from my old address....
I still haven't received ANYTHING From them.... - Shi No Tenshi| 1 replyyeah they got me on the Diamond/Gold watch thing to they said I would get it for signing up with them within 1-2 weeks and I never got it.....and I was faithful on paying my payments well until a few personal issues and I could no longer afford it now they harass me for hundreds of dollars everyday and they say they are going to get lawyer involved now when you think about it they are hypocrites....they want to get on my ass on something when THEY didn't hold their end of the bargain first in doing so would that not mean that THEY made the agreement void because they didn't hold their end of the bargain and in turn I should get back every cent I gave them as well as all the other people who got pulled into that should get their money back right or wrong??
