Called 3 times in a row. I ignores the first 2 and let it go yo voicemail the 3rd. They left no message.

This call was from Midland Credit Management

They asked for me by name. I verified it was me. They gave me 4 digits asking if they were the last 4 of my social security number. When I asked what this was in reference to before answering their verification question they just kept repeating it was a personal business matter. They never told me who they were or why they were calling.

Called me several times, never answered, never left a message,  decided to answer today,  caller said something similar to my name,  I asked him who are you looking for?  He just keeps saying just say yes,  say yes sir.   Not sure what this scam is?

said from social security =problem may have to  prosecute= press 1 to reach SS  officers I did not speak to anyone just hung up did not press 1

Number was different when they called but requested I call this number back, 866-452-6930, and said they had approved me for $44,000 for a debt hardship request. I haven’t applied for anything so I’m sure they are fishing for personal information for identity theft. Ugh...

Called for someone who doesn't even use this number after 8pm at night. I let them know people who work real jobs have to be up early in the morning and calling this late is not acceptable. Response "yes ma'am, thank you, have a good night." This is not the first time it's happened. This just happened to be the first time my phone wasn't on do not disturb.

It may not be an acceptable time for you, but the Federal Government has deemed that 9pm is the cutoff for telemarketing and debt collection calls. Other types of nuisance calls may not be bound by the 9pm cutoff time.
