    This number came up on caller ID as US Medicare Advisors.  However, the voicemail was a robocall from A&R stating that I had an outstanding pay day loan in the amount of $3298.  I have never had a payday loan in my life!  Plus they are using my maiden name that I haven't gone by in over 15 years.  So, whatever "debt" they are trying to scam me for, is outside of the Statute of Limitations.  Plus, by using a robo dialer, they are violating FTC and FCC law.
