- Lisa| 1 replyCalled for 3 days saying would be served each day they called. Checked with courts. No info of case. Also gave 2 different so called case numbers in message. Won’t identify what it’s about. SCAMMERS
- Caller: Won’t say
- Moey T. replies to Lisathey are SCAMMERS. they keep calling asking for ms. dixon. i called twice to have these people remove my number from their list. The first time i called was because a “Kevin Durant” left me a voicemail with this lady’s name, claims number, BUT EVERYTHING IS NOT SUPPOSED TO BE DISCLOSED. get clever... secondly the name of their company is Royal Assets Management and they file claims. but they could not tell me why or what they do. SCAM. I am glad ms. dixon is not handling the harrassment. bc i called again they still have no information to give out.
- PeggyKeep calling and telling me I’m going to be served - couldn’t tell me what it is about - scam!

- MFSReceived a message from a guy called Brandon who never said who he represented but provided a claim number and the phone number of a law firm, 866 452-3760, handling the claim. My daughter received a call from Carrie Lewis with the same story. If they want to serve me or someone in my family, they know where we live because they provided our home address. There is no reason to call a law firm and provide information about the person they are trying to serve. I believe its a scam.

- Alexandra LyonsI was called by a one Carrie Lewis, with a claim number related to my once married named, which I have since been divorced, asking for an update on my address and place of employment to "serve me my papers". Didn't give the name of the firm. I'm not calling. Sounds too fishy, and I read that this number is associated with scammers. They called my mother, by the way, not even me!

- M from TexasJust got a call from this 866-452-3760. “Mike” with a heavy country accent (bc I’m in Texas? Lol) left me a voice message stating I was being served. Didn’t mention a company name or other details except a fake claim number. He got my last name right, but not my first. I didn’t call back bc it sounded fake AND my caller ID stated “Scam likely”. Googled the number and saw these other posts. Y’all (yes, y’all) be careful and report them!!

- KristinaGot a call from “Charles” on my husbands phone for me. The number that actually called was an 817 number (DFW) but he said to call the 866 number. He said I have a claim against me and needed my address to serve me with papers or whatever. 😂 Total scam!

- texasscaaaammmm asking for my address to serve me about some debt that they could not identify.
- Call type: Debt collector
- JJust got a call from this scam group masked as a (424) #. My mom also got one masked as a (407) #. The voicemail is hilarious because it sounds like he’s reading off a script. He’s so out of breathe and it sounds like he’s outside in the wind. This guy claims that there’s a claim against me but needs an address to send me the official claim. What?!? How do they have my number first but not my address if this is an apparent lawsuit? LOL Scammers are quite entertaining nowadays. They will tell you to call (866) 542-3760... but the number doesn’t go through. (I wanted to see where the call would actually go). They try to scare you by saying your full name and then say it’s your final notification. LOL final notification of what?! Blocked! Doesn’t identify the “firm” nor the debt either
- DReceived a spoof call from 713-936-2643 at my home number, then just a minute or two later I received another spoof call on my office number from 832-479-7095. The exact same "scripted" message was left from "Brad Rogers". He stated that an order had been submitted to his office this morning and that he needs to verify an address to present me with a formal claim at my residence and place of employment. Brad mentioned that I could call 866-452-3760 to discuss claim #2018-xxxxx. He said that I have an opportunity to contact the firm handling the claim and that I have been officially notified. Brad does not provide his company name or the name of the firm.
- SGot a call didn’t answer and let it go to voicemail. His name is Charles speaking too fast for me to even make out his last name. Didn’t state what or who he’s representing just saying I have a claim and that “I’ve been notified” and that this is “your last chance”. He tells me to call him back at 866-452-3760. Caller id came from a different number associated with my same area code. Little sketchy.

- D2nd day in a row, received call from 713-936-2643 at my home and from 832-479-7095 at my work number... it was the same man from yesterday, although he did not leave his name, he began the phone call with a very heavy "sigh" then proceeded to say "ma'am, I am calling again..." he wanted to inform me that I had had the opportunity to contact the firm handling my claim and at this point he now has an address for me and he will be proceeding forward to my address to get me the documentation if he doesn't hear back from me or receive a release order from the firm. I have until he reaches me personally to address this matter with the firm. I need to give the firm a call at 866-452-3760 to "figure out" what is going on and this is my "final notification".
