I just received a call and asked to verify my address. Did not make sense. This may be fradulent.

866-452-6199 is indeed Saks's fraud department. Obviously you shouldn't trust a random forum, call Saks Credit Services at the number here: http://www.saksfifthavenue.com/Customer-Service
then ask to be transferred to the fraud department. If you ask the CSR for the fraud department number, they'll give you this one.

Received a letter with Saks letterhead asking me to call 8664526199 about account in my name.  I was opened fraudulently and closed immediately.  They said it was on hold and need information and would send me an affadavit to my emit.  They have my social and my phone number.
