Cooper health system trying to get me to pay a bill for the fraudulent care of my daughter. They can go pound sand

It took them over 16 months to give refund my money, so I decided to take 16 months to pay them & of course they reported me & had some collection agency contacting me & sending letters; I'm wondering who can the public call to report them when they won't give us back our money

Cooper health system is trying to get me to pay a bill for non-existing medical care (I haven't  had any medical issues for the last 10 years).

Why doesn't anyone and Cooper Hospital recognize this number.  I called direct and was told I have a zero balance.  They are looking into this number

It claimed to be from Cooper University Hospital.  It sounded very professional.    They wanted me to call back their 866 number to see if they could help me with my "balance from a recent visit through government assisted programs."

Claimed to be Cooper Hospital to offer charity care  and wanted financial information for a Cooper bill.  Asked for husbands name for permission to talk if he calls back! Knew it was scam since my husband has been the main contact with Cooper for any bills with them.   Caller “Ian” was hard to understand due his accent! I had him convinced husband will call back! Hope he’s not holding his breath!

Claimed to be Cooper Univ Hospital about an unsettled bill and wanted to know if I needed government assistance.  This bill was paid  on time and check cashed by Cooper. He then connected me to another dept and I was on hold for 1/2 hr. and ended up hanging up.  Called the "gentleman" back first thing  next day and same routine.

Sent a letter stating the same. This phone number is included at the bottom of the letter.
