866-458-9214

I received a call this morning (4/18/14) that went to voice message. The call itself was from 888-248-4226 and the voice message left the number 866-458-4214. The message just said, sorry we missed your call?? They were calling me! The number 888-248-4226 has called me several times over the last few weeks.

I got the same scheme today. Hope it's not a scam that they charge you a high rate for the call back.

Legit Citibank number.

tl;dr The 866 is a good citibank number.

Well, today, Sept 24, 2018, I got a call and voicemail from 888-248-4226. She said she was calling from Citibank regarding the problem I was having and that I should call them back at 866-458-9214.  So, I called the 888 number on the back of my citibank atm card instead and asked about the 866 number. After researching for a minute or two, she got back to me and confirmed that yes the 866 number is a citibank number and that they had called to tell me they were still working on the problem I have been having (it's been ongoing since Dec 2017, but I had finally called about it early 2018).
