When I pick up, they hang up! Once I got someone and told them I knew where they lived and that I was going to murder their family. They stopped calling!

They call my cell and ask for someone I've never heard of, then hang up, Then they call my house phone. I called back and pressed one to be removed from their list with a nasty loud message of my own. THis happens almost every day. I don't know what they think they are accomplishing.

It's a telemarketing firm. Today they are calling the San Francisco bay area representing "GE Alarm Connection Services". (There is no such company licensed in California). Their real name is Alarm Connection Solutions in Brentwood California. They said they got my number from "a list" and would be in my area. They can show me how I can save money if I dump my existing alarm company of 10 years.
I'm turning them in to the FTC & Dept. of Consumer Affairs.

Hello, my husband was suckered into paying them $6500.00. He charged it on his Discover Card. He did not tell me anything about this money he paid out to the company. Higher Impact is not fullfilling their part of the contract. My husband had a person named Michael Evans assigned as his coach , so he can get Training, Michaels number is #602-274-6753. This coach since the company received all the money upfront, never ever returned any of Alex's phone calls for training. This company is a real scam....I am writing this so people read this and do not make the same mistake.I would like you to write me back, if you have any information that can be helpful for me to get my money back!!!!

There is probably nothing we can do. A lot of times these calls actually originate from overseas. They buy up numbers in the US and make calls looking for ways to con people into giving them money.

They called today in the am and I didn't answer.  They called again this afternoon and when I answered it was a bad connection on their part and someone with a thick accent.  I kept asking who it was and couldn't understand them.  Finally I told them they had the wrong number and they hung up.  I called the number and like everyone else got the recording to leave my name and number and it would be removed.  What BS!  When are the authorities going to do something about these RIP OFF SCAM ARTISTS harassing people?  We have worthless law enforcement in this country.

I just called the number and received a live person who infact said that they would promptly take me off thier calling list.

This number calls EVERYDAY!!! Once I answered and the man on the other line( no accent here, VERY much white American ) asked for me and I told him he had the wrong number.....then he hung up...lol. I wish I knew wtf was going on here...I dont seem to get the joke.

I just received a call from this number today at 13:51, WTF....

Well when this person called, there was a lot of static. He asked me "who am I speaking with?" I think if you're going to call someone, you should already know the name of the person you want to speak to. But whatevers. I hung up on him. He was so rude.

So I call back that number and the machine tells me to press 1 to be removed from their list, and to provide my full name and phone number. Watch out, everyone...

How do I get into these files.?  Do I have to join Megaupload?  I would very much like to include them in my report I am compiling.

Make no mistake..he is the one in charge.He just allows his sister to look like the owner on paper to cover his own behind.  Coward.  The address you have is a P.O. Box in Mesa. I saw the docs you have posted from megaupload onethem is a very small portion of thier customer database showing customer name, date sold, how much they spent and the sales person who took their money.  Higher Impact preys on anyone.  The owners name is Adrien Purtle but on paper its his sister Stephanie Davis. But make no mistake Adrien Purtle is the decision maker in that company. Ana, this is a bad bad bad company that employs many andcollects hundreds of thousands of dollars each and every day  Adrien Purtle needs to be brought to justice. Higher Impact needs to be shut down.

You need to file a complaint and have everyone else follow suit so they can investigate Higher Impact.  AZ Atty General, The Postal Inspector, BBB, FCC wired fraud, Or maye the AZ Fraud Task Force Phoenix police dept. The owners name is Adrien Pirtle. But on paper his sister Stephanie Davis is the president. The more complaints the attorney generals office gets the more they will want to investigate.Higher Impact is located at 3443 N Central Ave Ste 900 and 916 Phoenix, AZ 85012. You can call 866-386-5528 or 866-955-6465 to reach a live person but dont get to excited. They will tell you that you payed for advertsing and that it is non-refundable and that you knew it when you purchased. Did a courier bring any papers for your husband to sign?  I strongly suggest you go immediently to the AZ ATTORNEY GENERAL'S OFFICE and file a complaint and then continue to call unitl they realize that you are not going away. If everyone who has been robbed by Higher Impact would just go to the  AZ ATTY GEN OFFICE, file a complaint, and send copies of ALL the complianits against Higher Impact from different sites, the BBB, etc...they WILL pay attention. They are appearing to be following the letter of law but they have failed miserably by insinuating that you could POSSIBLY make a lot of money by making a purchase with them. All calls are recorded, Im sure your husband has an audio of his purchase that needs to be listened to by someone other than Higher Impact. They are bullying the old  and not so old out of hundreds of thousands of dolllars every single day year after year after year.  Its shocking that this company is still in business and the owner is a free man. So please do not give up. File the complaints and follow up weekly until someone finally pays attention.
