This number called me and I'm only 10 years old. All these comments were pretty helpful when I was trying to figure out who had called me, because they had a caller ID but I had never heard of them

The number calls just about every day and doesn't leave a message. I have checked my credit, my misses has checked my credit as well as hers. We have no outstanding debt. Stop calling my number.

Somebody from liintertatellc,866-466-6743,keeps calling my sons phone wanting me, he tells them they have the wrong number but they keep caling him back and he says they are very rude,and from  another country,he can't hardly understand them, if it is for a dept I  have no idea for what, they never tell him,or they never leave a message if he don't answer,I have no idea how they got his phone,they have never called me as far as I know

Complete and total scam.

Calls daily, seems to beable to bypass block.  Seems I'm not the only throughout the U.S getting hit by robcall.

Call couple times a day several times a week. Never leave a message just hear them hang up. Sick of it!

These blood suckers call my cell phone many times a day, every day.  The funny thing about it is I don't give out my cell phone number to no one only my family.

I, myself feel their calls are a scam.  Sure glad I have them blocked.

You will need to send them a certified, return receipt debt validation (by law they have to go back to the original creditor to prove you owe the debt), cease and desist calling, or "not me" letter (this will be the best money that you have ever invested).  Also send it first class mail in case no one will sign for it.  Make a notation of that fact at the bottom of the letter.  You also need to report them to the proper agencies to which I have provided links to.  Then you need to go out and get a consumer lawyer to sue them on a contingency basis (no money out of your pocket) and let them pay you for the harassment.  If everyone did these three things, these crooks would be bankrupt, and we would all be the richer for it.  Use these web sites to find an attorney in your state that will probably take the case on a contingency basis (no money out of your pocket up front):  http://www.consumeradvocates.org/

All in all this seems extremely suspect, having so many business names, and so many violations of the FDCPA.

It is incumbent upon them under the law to prove that the debt exists and that you owe it, and that they have the legal right to collect it.  You are not obligated under the law to prove that you don’t owe or that it is paid.

Federal law (FDCPA) requires them to send you a letter (US MAIL ONLY) postmarked within 5 days of their first contact that contains their name, physical address, the creditor’s name, and the amount of the alleged debt.  It also must contains “mini-Miranda” telling you that it is an attempt to collect a debt and that all information will be used for those purposes.  The one other important thing that this letter must also have in it is that you have a right to dispute the debt within 30 days of receipt of the letter and if you do so, all collection activity must be stopped until the debt is verified.

The caller I.D. said Liinter Tate LLC. They don't leave a message.  They 3-5 times a day.

They call me every day.  My phone is set up to block them.  You'd think they would get the idea but enough fools probably respond to their tactics that they keep it up.  Where is law enforcement when you need them?

Yes they call once a day before 9 am and no message if it was a debt collector they would leave a voicemail, my phone number is on the DO NOT CALL REGISTRY 🤬🤬🤬

Number calls frequently every day. No one on other end if I answer. They never leave message either. My phone started auto blocking it with Scam Shield as it shows as scam number through Scam Shield. I get notified everytime the number calls and gets blocked.  I called number back today as sick of them calling and a man says I owe for something from 2017. When I explained NOT my account he gave me a number to another collection place that wants my social security number.  No way was I giving my social security number for something that I do not owe on.

Tired if these silenced calls!!😣
